I am not big on changes. I am a creature of habit. But, this year is a year of changes to my beauty routine, family situations, and maybe a new address. So....I will share....
I began the NEW YEAR with big frustrations with my hair thinning and my face aging. Which lead me to a different hair style and a new routine for my skin. Maybe some of you have noticed with each year you grow older, so does your face and hair. I started researching and found a great hair recipe for growth using essential oils. That was my first change. Then I went to a new hair stylist and that was my second change. She blew my hair out and it changed my look. I bought some new products and changed my hair style. Now I have to say this. When humidity hits the South there is nothing I can do. My hair is going to curl. So on those days I just go with the curls.
My skin routine now includes a CBD oil and a Jade roller, with a Gua Sha tool. This routine has really helped with skin texture, brightness, and tiny wrinkles. The cost was minimal and well worth it. I love using more natural products on my body.
Even though I do not like change, these have been good for my for my self esteem and my personaI aging process. Changes can come in many forms. not just skin and hair. My husband would order biscuits every morning before work. He decided not to do that anymore. He lost 5 lbs, and saved money. He made one change that has affected his health and finances. My best friend who lost her husband years ago has decided to get a dog. She wants a companion. This is a big change for her, but I have not seen her this excited in a long time. Changes can be good.
Are there changes you have wanted to make but were afraid? Maybe a new beauty routine or a new exeercise routine? What about joining a church or a dinner club? Maybe a change in your diet or your daily routine? Or a room makeover! I am learning changes can be good and beneficial in many ways. Think about it. If you have any questions about my changes please contact me. I would love to help.
