I Have Hair/Thursday Night Class!
I have hair. Yes, I have been using my Essential oils with Lavendar shampoo and I have hair. My hair is growing. Over the past 3 years I have used so....many products for hair growth and this one seems to be working. If you would like my receipe I will be glad to share it with you.

Just another note....we have started a class on Thursday nights studying Young Liivng supplements. It has been so....nice learning about them. I am learning which ones should be part of my daily routine and how to use them. Other members have asked about the class so we are opening it up to anyone who would like to come. It is on Thursday nights on Zoom. The class is from 6:30 to 7:00. You can stay and ask questions if you want to or you may leave. I have benefited greatly by some of the knowledge I have learned. Some questions you may have...Do I take enough Vitamin C or are all Vitamins the same. What sets Young Living supplements apart and why use them? What is Ninxgia Red? What is Agilease?  Come and find some answers to your questions and get your learn on. Hope to see you there! We have a NEW Website and August Gift with Purchase!

We have a NEW Website and August Gift with Purchase!
Yes, we have a NEW website. I just wanted to explain some about it and clear up any confusion. Those who have a subscription and spend $50 will receive your "cash back rewards"  of 10%-25%. Because you are a member you will get 24% off. But for those of you who subscribe every month or even every 3 months and you do not order $50 you will not receive cash back rewards. There has been some confusion about this. I love my cash back rewards and no other company provides that for me. Also.....

I wanted to share the Gifts with purchase for August.....You receive gifts when you order $190, $250, $300, $400 and $500. The total for the $500 comes to about $300. I am so...excited. Please email me or contact me through facebook if you have any questions. Also....do not forget to turn in your cash back points if you decide to change the status of your monthly order and order below $50.

Changes.....

Changes.....
I am not big on changes. I am a creature of habit. But, this year is a year of changes to my beauty routine, family situations, and maybe a new address.  So....I will share....

I began the NEW YEAR with big frustrations with my hair thinning and my face aging. Which lead me to a different hair style and a new routine for my skin. Maybe some of you have noticed with each year you grow older, so does your face and hair. I started researching and found a great hair recipe for growth using essential oils. That was my first change. Then I went to a new hair stylist and that was my second change. She blew my hair out and it changed my look. I bought some new products and changed my hair style. Now I have to say this.  When humidity hits the South there is nothing I can do. My hair is going to curl. So on those days I just go with the curls.

My skin routine now includes a CBD oil and a Jade roller, with a Gua Sha tool. This routine has really helped with skin texture, brightness, and tiny wrinkles. The cost was minimal and well worth it. I love using more natural products on my body.

Even though I do not like change, these have been good for my for my self esteem and my personaI aging process.  Changes can come in many forms. not just skin and hair. My husband would order biscuits every morning before work. He decided not to do that anymore.  He lost 5 lbs, and saved money. He made one change that has affected his health and finances. My best friend who lost her husband years ago has decided to get a dog. She wants a companion. This is a big change for her, but I have not seen her this excited in a long time. Changes can be good.

Are there changes you have wanted to make but were afraid? Maybe a new beauty routine or a new exeercise routine? What about joining a church or a dinner club? Maybe a change in your diet or your daily routine? Or a room makeover! I am learning changes can be good and beneficial in many ways. Think about it. If you have any questions about my changes please contact me. I would love to help.

I learned how to enjoy life over 50......

Turning 40 was a magical age for me. I was at an age where life was easy. I enjoyed scrapbooking and crafting with my friends, homeschooling my son and serving alongside my husband in our local church. Even though I was overweight I looked good and felt good. But within a few short years my health changed dramatically. I developed respiratory issues, pelvic pain, and a chronic disorder characterized by “widespread muscle pain with fatigue and tenderness”.  Occasional anxiety set in. My decline really affected my ability to be creative, to minister effectively in my church and to function at home.

I suffered through a hysterectomy and many doctors visits. A change in seasons would send me in a painful roller coaster of antibiotics and steroids. Spending a whole day in bed became normal.  Age 50 came quickly with no lasting solutions.

Eventually I began to explore and research natural remedies. Something I was not taught in my younger years was lifestyle.  I considered that maybe my lifestyle was contributing to my health issues and my emotions.

One day I was venting my frustration to a friend who had been battling some of  the same chronic issues. We talked about some of the natural solutions I had read about. One of the  solutions she had used and had some great results with. I became instantly interested.

That is when my real life changing journey began. I found a solution that has contributed to a healthy lifestyle and brought about the quality of life I was looking for.  It is my mission to share with mature women, how to embrace the enjoyment of life over 50.
