"You can't fix stupid".
Recently a friend of mine posted a vaccine schedule.  It included the Covid vaccine. I pointed out that there was some caution given about the vaccine, and that only 13% of americans were receiving the vaccine. She responded by saying "well you can't fix stupid". I do not think it dawned on her that she just called me stupid.

I am not sure when I stopped believing in vaccines. Maybe it was around 20 years ago when I met a man who had gotten the flu vaccine.  and ended up in a wheel chair. Or maybe when the government began to remove popular OTC drugs because they discovered the drug caused cancer. Didn't they know that before the FDA approved it? Or maybe it was when a friend of mine who always got the flu vaccine,  ended up with the flu. She finally got smart and she did not get the vaccine and did not have the flu that year. My husband always believed in vaccines until the Covid vaccine. This year he got one vaccine....the Shingles vaccine. His mother has had shingles several times.

For some reason the FDA and CDC have sold americans on drugs and vaccines. Now there are vaccines I believe are nessassary. But these vaccines took years to create and had lots of studies. They also did not kill thousands of people. The sad thing is that adults who believe in vaccines do not believe you are making a good decision for your body if you do not get them.  Many young mothers think that the caution about Tylenol is just a ridiculas. I remind them that I thought it was safe also to take Tylenol until my husband developed cirossis of the liver, because of it. They never respond to that.

I am hoping that caution about everyday drugs will come forth more and more in the United States. I say the United States because we take more drugs than any other country in the world. I am  also hoping for more caution with vaccines. Especially in children. There is alot of NEW information coming out. Be mindful and read it.

I am getting a little better everyday from my surgery. I do get tired but I am exercising and trying to build up my stamina. I am always aware of my immune system. I am working on my brain after the effects of anesthesia. Brain Power and Clarity really help. Halloween is next week. Then comes Thanksgiving and Christmas. Time is going by fast.....

UPDATE: Hey guys this newsletter was supposed to have been sent last week. My husbands mother had a stroke last Monday and died  Monday at 2:30 in the morning. We have been very busy with all the things that go with a burial. I will try to get another newsletter out next week. All prayers will be appreciated.

I learned how to enjoy life over 50......

Turning 40 was a magical age for me. I was at an age where life was easy. I enjoyed scrapbooking and crafting with my friends, homeschooling my son and serving alongside my husband in our local church. Even though I was overweight I looked good and felt good. But within a few short years my health changed dramatically. I developed respiratory issues, pelvic pain, and a chronic disorder characterized by “widespread muscle pain with fatigue and tenderness”.  Occasional anxiety set in. My decline really affected my ability to be creative, to minister effectively in my church and to function at home.

I suffered through a hysterectomy and many doctors visits. A change in seasons would send me in a painful roller coaster of antibiotics and steroids. Spending a whole day in bed became normal.  Age 50 came quickly with no lasting solutions.

Eventually I began to explore and research natural remedies. Something I was not taught in my younger years was lifestyle.  I considered that maybe my lifestyle was contributing to my health issues and my emotions.

One day I was venting my frustration to a friend who had been battling some of  the same chronic issues. We talked about some of the natural solutions I had read about. One of the  solutions she had used and had some great results with. I became instantly interested.

That is when my real life changing journey began. I found a solution that has contributed to a healthy lifestyle and brought about the quality of life I was looking for.  It is my mission to share with mature women, how to embrace the enjoyment of life over 50.
