First and foremost
PREVENTION IS EASIER
1: regular exercise, this can lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, lower blood pressure so get up off your ass and get moving!!!
2: healthy diet .... A no brainer!
3: routine health screenings....... I see my primary care physician every 6 months, and my cardiologist once a year
4: stay up to date on your vaccinations.......personally I don't believe in this one, but that's just me.
5: stress management .......stress can lead to a variety of health issues including
Heart disease
Depression
Weakened immune function
Try some deep breathing exercises and hobbies to help reduce stress
