When it comes to wellness, we often imagine the “restoration” part as ease, comfort, and relief. But in reality, restoration is often accompanied by uncomfortable body signals.
These sensations usually aren’t random or wrong — they’re signs of energy clearing, blockages breaking up, and your system finally making room for wellness to flow again.
These sensations usually aren’t random or wrong — they’re signs of energy clearing, blockages breaking up, and your system finally making room for wellness to flow again.
But most of us were never taught to listen to these signals or that they require surpression.
We Learned to Numb, Not Notice
From a young age, many of us were trained — intentionally or unintentionally — to silence our feelings.
Maybe you heard things like:
Maybe you heard things like:
- “Stop crying.”
- “Toughen up.”
- “There’s nothing to feel.”
- “Don’t be so sensitive.”
- “If you don’t stop crying, I’ll give you something to cry about.”
Hearing phrases like these over and over creates an internal belief that it isn’t safe to feel — physically or emotionally.
So as adults, we try to numb, push down, ignore, or “band-aid” our discomfort with quick fixes:
So as adults, we try to numb, push down, ignore, or “band-aid” our discomfort with quick fixes:
- Something for the headache
- Something for the anxious feelings
- Something for feeling overwhelmed
- Something to sleep
- Something to “get through the day”
But our body signals were never the enemy.
They are a normal, healthy response to something deeper happening within us.
They are a normal, healthy response to something deeper happening within us.
“You Have to Feel It to Heal It”
I know feeling can feel scary — especially if you’ve spent most of your life trying not to.
But the truth is:
Feeling is the doorway to healing.
Not forcing.
Not ignoring.
Not numbing.
Simply Feeling.
Feeling is the doorway to healing.
Not forcing.
Not ignoring.
Not numbing.
Simply Feeling.
When we’re finally ready to listen to the messages our body and emotions are sending us, it's like learning a new language — a language that has been speaking to us the whole time.
What Happens When We Don’t Listen
When we suppress our emotional or physical signals long enough, they don’t go away — they get louder.
The body becomes more persistent.
The emotions become more intense.
The discomfort increases.
The emotions become more intense.
The discomfort increases.
Not because you’re broken, but because your inner system is trying to get your attention:
“Please slow down. Please notice me. I’m trying to help you.”
“Please slow down. Please notice me. I’m trying to help you.”
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Understanding your emotional and physical signals can feel like trying to decode a foreign language — especially if no one ever taught you how.
That’s where I come in.
I help faith-filled women learn to:
- Feel safely
- Listen without fear
- Understand the deeper message behind their discomfort
- Restore emotional peace and physical wellness through awareness, not avoidance
Feeling is not weakness.
Feeling is wisdom.
Feeling is healing.
Feeling is wisdom.
Feeling is healing.
If You Are Ready to Start Listening…
If you feel the tug — emotionally, physically, or spiritually — to finally pay attention to what your body and heart have been trying to say…
I would love to walk with you.
Let’s connect.
Let’s start gently translating what your body and emotions are asking for.
Let’s begin your journey back to peace, clarity, and wholeness.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed—so tired in your body, foggy in your mind, and emotionally stretched thin? Maybe you've prayed and rested, but the tension just won't let go.
That’s where the Vibrational Raindrop Session becomes a sacred invitation—a gentle alignment from God to bring your body, soul, and spirit back into harmony.
The Heart Behind Raindrop
Raindrop isn’t just a spa treatment—it's rooted in sacred traditions and created with purpose:
- Ancient practices: Inspired by prayerful anointing traditions among the Lakota people under the Northern Lights and the ceremonial use of oils in ancient Egypt; it carries a sense of sacred ritual.
- Essential oil wisdom: Founder D. Gary Young combined these spiritual roots with therapeutic oils and Vita-Flex foot techniques to support physical alignment, nervous system renewal, and soul-level rest.
This isn't "New Age fluff"—it's anointed, intentional, and rooted in gentle facilitation for your body God gave you.
The Spiritual Architecture of Raindrop
Valor Balance
We begin with the essential oil blend Valor—known as the “courage oil”—applied to your shoulders and feet. This sacred anointing encourages physical realignment and a spiritual recalibration as you settle into stillness and prayerful presence.
Spine & Vita-Flex
Next, warm drops of oils are gently stroked along your spine, paired with Vita-Flex foot work—activating reflex points that support organ systems, circulation, and your spiritual calm.
Integration & Rest
The session closes with a warm compress, energetic tuning forks, and sound alignment—a gentle celestial pause where deep rest invites God’s peace in those spaces you didn’t even know were empty .
Why Your Soul May Need This Right Now
You’ve prayed, you’ve served, but still…
- The world keeps your heart in fight-or-flight.
- Your mind races even when everything seems “fine.”
- You crave sacred rest, not just physical sleep.
Raindrop is a divine reset. It helps shift your nervous system into rest and digest mode—where your body, mind, and soul align with His design.
It’s not magic. It’s surrender. It’s letting God’s gifts of anointing, scent, and silence work through your body’s own ability to realign and heal.
Real Life Grace in Motion
Even science has noticed changes: clients report less tension, improved posture, relief from chronic pain, deeper sleep, and emotional calm. And the most powerful moments happen in quiet surrender—when a scripture flows through your mind, or the Holy Spirit speaks peace in you mid-session.
Your Sacred Next Step
If your body feels burdened, your spirit feels tired, or your soul feels distant—you don’t have to carry that alone. Raindrop is your tender bridge—bringing your whole self back into God-designed alignment.

This is more than another trend. Let it be God’s invitation for rest, restore, and remember who He designed you to be—inside, outside, and in your holy stillness between.
Matthew 28:11 " Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give your rest"

Your Healing Alternative for Deep Relaxation & Alignment
Have you been curious about Raindrop Technique? Wondering…
Is it therapy? Is it massage? What makes it different?
Why would I choose Raindrop instead of (or alongside) massage?
Is it therapy? Is it massage? What makes it different?
Why would I choose Raindrop instead of (or alongside) massage?
You’re not alone—I’ve often asked the same questions. And after years of exploring wellness modalities, I can confidently say: Raindrop Technique is in a category of its own.
It’s not massage, though it includes gentle, soothing touch. It’s a beautiful blend of essential oil therapy, ancient wisdom, and modern energy alignment techniques—and the result is deep relaxation, physical balancing, and energetic renewal.
Why Raindrop Technique Stands Out
“If Raindrop Technique were an animal, it would have the head of a tiger, the nose of an elephant, the neck of a giraffe, the body of a griffin, the tail of a horse, and the legs of a lizard.”
– The Oily Temple
– The Oily Temple
That might sound mythical, but Raindrop is rooted in real-world healing traditions from around the globe.
It was created by Young Living’s founder, D. Gary Young, who drew inspiration from:
- The Lakota tribe’s healing practices under the Northern Lights
- Ancient Egyptian anointing rituals
- Vita Flex footwork techniques taught by Stanley Burroughs
- Intuitive, dream-inspired blending of therapeutic-grade essential oils
The result? A truly unique session that calms the nervous system, supports spinal alignment, and deeply restores body, mind, and spirit.
What Makes It So Effective?
Many clients report benefits such as:
- Reduced tension and stress
- Improved spinal alignment
- Nervous system reset (from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest”)
- Emotional clarity and groundedness
- Better sleep and longer-lasting relaxation
Raindrop has even received praise for supporting conditions like scoliosis, kyphosis, and chronic muscular tension.
And this is just the beginning. In this post (and more to come), I’ll be introducing you to the layers of Raindrop Technique—its power, how it’s performed, and why it’s such a transformative experience.
Step 1: Balancing with Valor
We always begin with what’s called the “Valor Balance.”
Named after the essential oil blend Valor—nicknamed “chiropractor in a bottle”—this step starts the process of realignment and relaxation by working with your body’s electrical and energetic systems.
Named after the essential oil blend Valor—nicknamed “chiropractor in a bottle”—this step starts the process of realignment and relaxation by working with your body’s electrical and energetic systems.
What’s in Valor?
The original Valor blend was inspired by oils used by Roman soldiers for courage before battle. It includes:
- Northern Lights Black Spruce (now grown in Canada)
- Frankincense
- Blue Tansy (giving it a beautiful bluish hue)
- Camphor and Geranium (used when Rosewood was endangered—original Rosewood Valor is now back thanks to Young Living finding sustainable options for growth)
How Valor Balance Works
The facilitator (that’s me!) applies Valor to you, the client’s shoulders using palm placement and light pressure, holding this “balance pose” for 2 to 15 minutes. Then the same is done on the feet—with arms crossed, anchoring the nervous system from head to toe.
These techniques were inspired by ancient anointing rituals seen in the Temple of Isis in Egypt, where oils were applied at the head and feet in sacred ceremony.
Why This Step Is So Powerful
In a 2007 demonstration, Gary Young showed how a person’s leg length could visibly balance within 2 minutes of applying Valor. That’s because the frequency of this oil blend matches our skeletal system—reminding the body to relax and realign naturally.
No forcing. No manipulation. Just relaxation, alignment, and harmony naturally.
Holding the balance pose longer than 2 minutes then allows the mind to catch up with the body—helping you transition from surface relaxation into deep, restful calm.
Why This Matters in Today’s World
Even when we think we’re relaxing, we’re often still mentally racing.
Our world keeps us in a near-constant state of fight, flight, fawn, freeze, or feast. Raindrop helps bring your nervous system out of that mode and into true rest and digest.
It’s more than spa pampering. It’s real restoration.

My study continues ....Have you ever wondered how our emotions, energy centers, and spiritual life are connected? As I studied my scriptures this week, especially Ezekiel 1 and Revelation 4, I was deeply moved by the layered symbolism and how it relates to our emotional and energetic health. Let’s explore what God's Word says about our body as a spiritual vessel, and how our feelings and chakras reflect God’s divine design.
Ezekiel 1: The Vision of the Living Creatures and Our Inner Landscape
In Ezekiel 1 (KJV), the prophet describes an awe-inspiring vision. A whirlwind, a great cloud with fire and amber—a scene full of divine energy and mystery. These vivid images point to the Holy Spirit of God moving powerfully within and around us.
The Four Living Creatures: Emotions in Human Form
- Verses 4–6 describe four living creatures, each with the likeness of a man but with four faces. These can be seen as symbolic of the four stages of life: child, teen, adult, and elder.
- In verse 10, we read that each creature had:
- The face of a man – symbolic of joy and the human experience.
- The face of a lion – representing courage, particularly in times of fear.
- The face of an ox – symbolizing righteous action in response to anger, especially when boundaries are violated (think of Jesus turning over the tables in the temple).
- The face of an eagle – signifying the ability to rise above grief, releasing sadness to soar spiritually.
These four faces represent emotional responses that guide our growth. Our feelings, when understood and channeled properly, are not weaknesses, instead they are our spiritual cues for movement and transformation.
Energy Centers & the Seven Spirits of God
- Verse 13 tells of each creature appearing like burning coals of fire—like lamps. These lights running up and down the body can be understood as our seven energy centers or chakras, corresponding with the Seven Spirits of God.
- Out of these centers comes lightning—a nod to our electromagnetic nature, where hormonal signals are constantly being sent through the body to keep us in balance. Each chakra is connected to a gland in the endocrine system, showing how deeply spirit and biology intertwine.
Wheels Within Wheels, Eyes All Around
- Verses 15–20 speak of "wheels within wheels" filled with eyes. This could represent our sensory awareness, always perceiving our surroundings and signaling emotional or hormonal responses. The "eyes" reflect the perceptive nature of our divine spirit—constantly watching, sensing, feeling.
- Verse 24 describes the sound of wings—a beautiful metaphor for how each chakra or energy center has its own vibration or resonance. If you have one, try placing an activated tuning fork over your third eye or crown chakra and feel the difference—they literally hum louder with vibrational energy.
God’s Glory Surrounds Us
- Verse 27–28 speaks of a brilliant aura surrounding the figure in the vision, "as the appearance of a bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain"—a rainbow. The rainbow is a symbol of the chakra system, with its seven distinct colors.
- This rainbow around us is the glory of God, our spiritual aura. It shines brighter the more connected we are to God.
Revelation 4: The Throne, the Rainbow, and the Energy of Love
Turning to Revelation 4, we see John taken in spirit to behold the throne of God.
- Verse 2–3 describe the throne surrounded by a rainbow, with green shining prominently. Green is the color of the heart chakra, the center of love. And what do we know? God is love. This rainbow isn’t just beautiful—it’s deeply symbolic of divine connection.
- Verse 5 mentions seven lamps of fire, again pointing to the seven spirits of God and their reflection in our energy centers.
- The four beasts appear again in verse 7—lion, man, calf (ox), and eagle—mirroring Ezekiel’s vision and the energy centers/chakras of mankind.
Spiritual Insight: Emotions, Energy & Divine Alignment
What stands out in both Ezekiel and Revelation is the sacred blueprint of the human being. We are emotional, energetic, and spiritual beings. Our:
- Emotions signal when something is aligned or off course.
- Energy centers (chakras) reflect our spiritual health and hormone balance.
- Aura shines based on our connection with God and our emotional clarity.
When our senses take in the world, we respond—sometimes with fear, sometimes with courage, sometimes with grief or righteous anger. These responses are spiritually significant. Our body becomes the temple where Spirit and emotion meet.
Final Thoughts
As you meditate on Ezekiel 1 and Revelation 4, consider how God has designed your body not just as flesh, but as a vessel of light, energy, and divine reflection. Your feelings are not random. Your emotions are sacred messengers. Your aura is your testimony. And the closer you walk with God, the more your light shines.
Let your rainbow shine bright.

Every day, I begin my morning before my family wakes up—with what I call my Empower Hour. During this time, I apply essential oils, balance my energy centers, read scripture, and journal. While some days may look a little different, this is the rhythm I return to again and again.
Today, I felt called to do something a little different. I lit an incense stick and, instead of simply reading the next chapter, I searched a topic: "crystals." This was inspired by a reel I listened to yesterday—and since I use crystals in my work to serve others, I love discovering verses that align with what I do.
The first reference I explored was Job 28, which speaks about wisdom and understanding being more valuable than gold or precious stones—including rubies (which, by the way, is how God describes the worth of a virtuous woman!).
The second reference that caught my attention was Ezekiel 1. It’s one of those chapters you read and think, “What on earth is this talking about?” Ezekiel describes a vision of four beings, each with four faces: one of a lion, one of a man, one of an ox, and one of an eagle.
And here’s where I had a big ah-ha moment.
As an Aroma Freedom Practitioner, I work with the four core emotions: Happy, Sad, Mad, and Scared. Suddenly, the symbolism in Ezekiel’s vision made perfect sense to me:
- The face of a man — representing Happiness, our natural state of connection and joy.
- The face of a lion — representing Fear, or rather, the courage that fear invites us to awaken. A lion heart rises when we are scared.
- The face of an ox — representing Anger, which often arises when our boundaries have been crossed. Like an ox, we must take grounded, steady action. (Ever heard the phrase “bull forward”?)
- The face of an eagle — representing Sadness, a sign it’s time to release what’s weighing us down so we can rise again… and soar.
This connection filled me with wonder. Scripture is rich with symbolism and layered meaning. I’m not claiming this is the only interpretation—but it’s a meaningful lens for me.
Then, in verse 28, Ezekiel describes a bow in the clouds on a rainy day—like the glory of the Lord. This brought to mind the rainbow around us—our aura, our energetic biofield. How beautiful is that?
I’m continually amazed at how the mysteries of God are hidden in plain sight—revealed when we’re ready to see them.
I’d love to hear from you. What insights have opened up for you lately? Let’s grow together in understanding.
