Many of you know our Spring/Fall Seasonal Recipe and love and use it daily! When the flowers start blooming and the grass starts growing and being outside gets more and more uncomfortable, this is a great recipe to turn to and all the oils are in your Premium Starter kit! We consistently add new members to our group monthly, and this recipe is so loved and widely used that we love to keep sharing it!
4-5 drops of Peppermint
4-5 drops of Lemon
4-6 drops of Lavender
You can mix this combination in a gelatin capsule that you can purchase from Young Living or a health food store and take internally every 3-4 hours if needed daily. You can also put this mix in a tbs of honey to take for kids above 5 to adult. It is also wonderful to apply to your feet if you prefer or add to your diffuser at night if that is when you need the most support. This combination of oils has so many other uses, and all of them are in your starter kit, it is a great way to make use of this great combination. Vitality oils are labeled for internal use but as always, that is just a label to satisfy FDA requirements, all of our oils are the same whether its Peppermint Vitality or Peppermint in the green bottle. Ask if you need clarification!
Do you want to age gracefully? Add a drop of the Frankincense in your kit to your daily moisturizer to help support your cellular integrity, for smooth skin and for some emotional support too!

Thieves Household Cleaner....More than a game changer!

Here is a great recipe for Chemical Free Window Cleaner:
1 -16 oz glass spray bottle
1 capful of Thieves Household Concentrate Cleaner
5 drops of Citrus Fresh Essential Oil blend
1 tsp of white vinegar
Spray and enjoy the citrus fresh scent every time you clean your mirrors, windows and glass! You will enjoy cleaning!
Shamrock Peppermint Patties
Melt one bag of chocolate chips - pour into mini muffin tin, only putting a teaspoon of melted chocolate in the bottom. Freeze
Filling: 3 tbs of softened (not melted) coconut oil, 10 drops of Peppermint Vitality (in your kit), 1 tsp of coconut flour and 1/4 cup of raw honey, mix and put aside.
Take the frozen chocolate cups and put a tsp of the filling in each of the cups and then pour the rest of the melted chocolate over the top of each cup. About 2 tsp of melted chocolate covers the top of each cup. Put in freezer again for 20 minutes and enjoy a healthy Shamrock Peppermint Patti. Recipe compliments of Silver leader Diedra McGeever!
