Five Tried and True Tips for Winter Wellness
I love the holiday cheer and the spirit of giving that the winter season brings. However, these colder months also bring the blues of sniffly noses, sneezes, dry skin, and a compromised immune system. The good news? Essential oils and oil-infused products can help. Here are my top 5 tried and true tips to conquer winter and to take charge of your family's health and wellness.

1. THIEVES Everything!

When they got captured, they were presented to the King, which offered them a lighter punishment if they reveal their secret spice remedy. The secret  recipe  was shared throughout the kingdom. It is from this recipe where the Thieves essential oil recipe was based on.  Such an interesting tale!
