Hello! Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!

It is that time of year again. Hopefully, you are able to take a few moments for yourself after the hustle of getting ready for the holidays.

Do you have any lavender or Stress Away (or something like it) on hand? Let me encourage you to grab a bottle, put a few drops in your hands and rub them together. Then, cup your hands over your nose, close your eyes, and breathe. Give yourself 3 minutes to breathe the oil, shut out the computers and phones, and just center yourself. Release any thoughts that come to mind that don't serve you. Think about love. Loving yourself and loving others.

True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is rich in the naturally occurring constituents linalool and linalyl acetate, which have been shown to directly calm the nervous system. ALSO, I've been wanting to tell you all about the Wanderful Diffuser... I've been in the company for 18 years and have never loved a diffuser as much as I love this one.
