Frequency Is EVERYTHING!

Frequency Is EVERYTHING!
FREQUENCY!  It’s one of my favorite topics.  And I don’t mean Frequency as in how often you do something.  I mean Frequency as in VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY!  Everything has a Frequency – even a rock, although comparably low. Emotions have a Frequency, diseases have a Frequency, plants and food have Frequencies.   Their Frequencies are like their ‘fingerprints’ – unique to each.
A healthy person Resonates/Vibrates/has a Frequency of 62-78 MHz.  What is it that you are desiring in your life?  What do you want to attract?  Feel?   Have?  What is YOUR FREQUENCY?  You MUST RESONATE at the same frequency as that which you want.  If not, it’s like a dart missing a bullseye.   You may ask and ask, pray and pray for what you desire, but if the Frequency isn’t there – it won’t show up.
You must Align Yourself with FEELING/EMOTION Vibrationally.  Be aware of things that can lower your frequency like:
Lack of sleep
Poor diet
Stress/Trauma
Negative thoughts & emotions
Exposure to toxins & electronic devices

Here are some of my favorite ways to keep Frequency Raised:
Healthy diet
Get 7-9 hours of sleep
Emotional clearing practices
Fill my mind with positive, motivational & uplifting books, audios, videos
Binaural Beats on YouTube
Use pure essential oils (my fav way) as they have frequencies as high as 520 MHz

Be aware of your vibration.  Strive to keep it as high as you can and it will lead you to a wonderful life of joy, happiness & accomplishment.

Change Is Hard

Change Is Hard

CHANGE IS HARD!!  It’s so much easier to remain where you are, just floating along allowing Life to Just Happen.  It takes extra effort to create something different.  Maybe you want to lose some weight.  It will take getting physically active and being mindful of what you put in your mouth.  Maybe you want a job promotion, but you’ll have to take extra classes or work extra hours to be considered.  Maybe you want to change your mindset, your perspective, your self-talk.  That will take lots of consistency and discipline.

Is it Worth It?

Think of where you were 10 years ago, maybe even just 5 years ago.  Has your situation improved, gotten worse, is it exactly the same?  I hope it’s improved, but if not consider this:

Do you want your situation to change?

Are you committed to the work it will take to create change?

Think of the next 5-10 years.  How do you feel about the idea of being exactly where you are now?

Imagine yourself having lost the extra weight.   Think of how much more energy you’d have.  Maybe being able to stop taking medication and just living with more Vitality!

Imagine if you got that promotion this year and how it could impact your life and your family’s life.  How would your life look 5 years from now?

Imagine changing YOU, your thought patterns, your reactions, your mindset.  What would the NEW YOU look like or act like a year from now?

Would the work be worth it?

Absolutely!!

No Regrets!

No Regrets!

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE SUNSETS!  It amazes me how vibrant and colorful the sky can get.  I grew up near the beach in Florida on the Gulf Coast, so I’ve seen my share of gorgeous sunsets. It was quite common to take a drive to the beach after dinner, walk along the water line and watch the big fireball sink into the Gulf.

I’ve been away from Florida now for 30 years and upon moving to Texas a few years ago, I’ve come to fall in love with the sunset again.  They just seem more breath taking in the southern states.

Sunrises and Sunsets are beautiful examples of do-overs, new beginnings, 2nd chances.  Wrapping up what was and stepping into a new journey.  Each day brings a new opportunity to improve on yesterday.  As we do this we must shake off regrets and failures of yesterday, learning from them, but not letting them control us or hold us back.  We must FORGIVE OURSELVES!

“You did what you knew how to do and when you knew better, you did better” – Maya Angelou

Are you holding a grudge against yourself?   Unforgiveness is anger.  Holding on to anger can actually create dis-ease in the body.  You MUST RELEASE it!  Ways to do so include Emotional Clearing, Essential Oils & Cord Cutting, to name a few

The Bible says, "The Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive."  This goes for yourself and others.  Each morning upon sunrise, God gives you another blank canvas to work on.  Commit to painting that day with Feelings of Love, Actions that serve, and Positive Effects that last so that when sunset comes you can look back at your day with Pride, Accomplishment & Contentment.

Our Emotional Health Impacts Our Physical Health

Our Emotional Health Impacts Our Physical Health
Evidence is mounting that shows that our emotional state can have an effect on our physical health.  Many doctors are realizing the link between illness/disease and emotions, many of which are related to childhood or infancy.  I am convinced it is the emotional stress that caused my body to glitch out and develop leukemia. With losing our son, Bobby, my father's passing, my husband losing his job and us having to move, all within a 2-year period, It's no wonder.

Since then, I have learned techniques to help clear emotional baggage. I also use my essential oils and other things to balance emotions and support my body.  I'm not saying it will keep me from ever getting sick, but at least I'm doing what I can.

Each emotion has a particular organ or body part where it likes to hide. And as it's hiding, it's creating damage - damage to your cells, DNA and overall well-being and frequency.  You may feel discomfort in a particular area or organ, have dysfunction in that organ or full-blown illness or disease.  You may feel "locked' in to an emotion, unable to get out.

Daily affirmations can help in clearing the toxic emotional blocks. Pure essential oils, like Young Living Essential Oils can be used to support your body's systems and organs while supporting balanced emotions.

These methods are not intended to replace professional help.
