LOW CARB HOT FLAX CEREAL

LOW CARB HOT FLAX CEREAL
**PRINT RECIPE**

2 TBS ground berry flax (or plain to save 2 carbs)
1 TBS plain ground flax (golden is prettiest)
1 TBS almond meal
1 TBS coconut flour
1 TBS chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 TBS mashed peach or blueberries (optional)
Some heavy cream
Vanilla extract (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Whisk in water
Microwave for 2 min.
Add a splash of vanilla, coconut oil, and fruit

Whisk in some heavy cream til it's the consistency you want.
Whisk in 1-2 drops of YL Orange Vitality essential oil (optional)
Sweeten to taste with stevia

ENJOY :)

Be sure to drink lots of water with it..cuz...fiber ;)

**If you are eating grains, you could include 1 TBSP of quick oats which changes the consistency without a ton of carbs.
**For variety you could replace the fruit with plain peanut butter (just peanuts and salt, lol)
**To lower the carbs even more, use Young Living essential oils instead of the fruit or do the PB version above
