INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Coconut oil
2 or more beaten eggs
Xanthan gum
Garlic clove
Soy sauce
Chicken broth
Green onions, chopped spinach, shredded zucchini, or cooked veggies
Young Living Rosemary Vitality essential oil (Get it through me, HERE)
DIRECTIONS
1.) I just started w chicken broth leftover from cooking chicken the night before. You can also use canned chicken broth.

Young Living Rosemary Vitality essential oil (Get it through me, HERE)
DIRECTIONS
1.) I just started w chicken broth leftover from cooking chicken the night before. You can also use canned chicken broth.
2.) I added about 3-4 times water (no need to do this if you like a strong broth flavor), salt to taste, a big handful of green onions, a small spoon of coconut oil, a couple diced garlic cloves, and a splash of soy sauce.
3.) Whisk in a dusting of xanthan gum for slight thickening.
4.) Get it boiling then pour in eggs into the broth (a thin stream), not whisking til the egg floated to the top.
5.) Remove from heat to cool a bit, then add a drop or two of Young Living rosemary vitality oil for great flavor and support for a healthy immune system!
