Winter is Coming!
Winter is coming! Are you prepared? Do you have a wellness plan? The months of October to March are some of the worst months for illness. Having a wellness plan, with oils and supplements can help keep you well. So, here are a few suggestions of product to help you stay well. 

For any allergies, I always use Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint. Just breathe them in or swipe them on your nose. For respiratory issues, I use R.C. and Breathe Again. Breathe them in to keep your lungs strong. And next comes CBD Smooth. This is the greatest and most powerful oil for breathing and cough! It is the Granddaddy of Oils. And Of course, I clean my house with Thieves products and always have Thieves oil on hand. I use it with Frankincense and Oregano to keep my immune system strong. I use Ninxgia Red with Ninxgia Greens for energy. Ninxgia supports every system in our bodies. I also take Inner Defense with Life 9. Inner Defense helps keep my immune system strong and the Life 9 supports a healthy gut.

There are other natural things you can do. Eat well. It is football season with tailgating parties. Halloween invites us to eat tons of candy. Then we have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The next 4 months will be filled with food, fun, and some really bad eating. Just be mindful of what your are eating. Exercise can help keep from packing on the pounds. Join a gym or take long walks. Also, be careful of scented candles. They are popular at this time of year and they have lots of unhealthy perfumes. In case you struggle with feeling overwhelmed and stressed, remember Stress Away, Joy, Hope, and Believe. These powerful oils will take care of your emotions.

Laughter, keeps you healthy, Enjoy your family and friends. It will be cold outside. But what fun we all will have. Just prepare your body for winter and you will do well. Enjoy the winter months but have a wellness plan. Let me know if you need any help. I am here.

I learned how to enjoy life over 50......

 

Turning 40 was a magical age for me. I was at an age where life was easy. I enjoyed scrapbooking and crafting with my friends, homeschooling my son and serving alongside my husband in our local church. Even though I was overweight I looked good and felt good. But within a few short years my health changed dramatically. I developed respiratory issues, pelvic pain, and a chronic disorder characterized by “widespread muscle pain with fatigue and tenderness”.  Occasional anxiety set in. My decline really affected my ability to be creative, to minister effectively in my church and to function at home.


 I suffered through a hysterectomy and many doctors visits. A change in seasons would send me in a painful roller coaster of antibiotics and steroids. Spending a whole day in bed became normal.  Age 50 came quickly with no lasting solutions.


Eventually I began to explore and research natural remedies. Something I was not taught in my younger years was lifestyle.  I considered that maybe my lifestyle was contributing to my health issues and my emotions.


One day I was venting my frustration to a friend who had been battling some of  the same chronic issues. We talked about some of the natural solutions I had read about. One of the  solutions she had used and had some great results with. I became instantly interested.


That is when my real life changing journey began. I found a solution that has contributed to a healthy lifestyle and brought about the quality of life I was looking for.  It is my mission to share with mature women, how to embrace the enjoyment of life over 50.
