A: No. Essential oils are one tool in the toolkit. The program also covers nutrition, gut health, detox, sleep, cognition, emotional regulation, and nervous system support with aromatherapy woven in as a sensory and healing practice.  

Q: Do I need any prior knowledge? 
A: No, no experience is needed. This is a program designed for anyone curious about holistic brain health, whether you’re brand new or have years of experience.  

Q: What if I can’t attend live?
A: No worries. You’ll receive a link to watch the replay of each class for 7 days following the live class within 24-48 hours. This will get you ready for the next live class.
