Yoga Benefit #23 Prevents IBS and other digestive problems.  Another great release for the bowels (haha, get it) is an epsom salt bath.  I love to add a few of my favorite essential oils for relaxing the muscles!  I highly recommend a bath near the Full Moon as well!

Today's Q+A: How did you do today?  


So I love full moon yoga every month so let's release anything that's been holding us back mentally, physically, or emotionally.  Comment with something that you want to release.  Write it down on a piece of paper and burn it for good measure (a full moon ritual). Drink some lemon tea!
