Thanksgiving is just around the corner and like many people, there can be tension around the dinner table. I highly suggest using your favorite emotional calming oils before you arrive at your destination and keep them in your pocket for reapplication as the day and weekend unfolds. I always encourage people to use their oils preventatively not just in the moment of the stress or things you are dealing with. So Thanksgiving morning apply your immune boosting oils to your feet, or put them in a capsule to take before the day starts (Thyme, Oregano, Thieves, Lemon) and then take your favorite calming oil (mine is Kidscents Kidpower and White Angelica) for stressful and tense situations and apply over your heart, your wrists and on the brainstem. Keep them with you for reapplication if needed. Smell the bottle with your hands cupped over your mouth and nose if holiday tensions or stress really get to you. Be proactive and preventative. It makes for a much happier holiday.
With every holiday there is cookies and pie and lots of food that we maybe don’t eat everyday. We want to enjoy it with our family but maybe it doesn’t agree with us, and that’s where Digize and Peppermint is our friends!!!! I personally don’t want to smell like that when I’m out and about so I personally put 5 drops each of one or the other or both in a capsule and take that before and then a few hours after eating. It makes for a much happier tummy. Tummygize is our kids oil for bellies but it works amazing on adults tummy issues too and Marjoram is a great oil too for muscles and tummy troubles.

Our featured oil this month is Thyme....Thyme is considered the oil of longevity. It is a must have during the winter months, it is part of the beloved Raindrop treatment for skeletal and immune wellness and 5 drops a day in a capsule gives one beauty from the inside out and helps our cells function at their finest. Thyme is also used widely to recover quicker from fatigue and immune struggle when your not feeling your best. It is one of my favorite winter wellness oils to always keep on hand.

When do you take your internal oils?
Is that important?
I don’t personally have a specific time of day but I do avoid taking a capsule of oils while drinking coffee. Just holding a cup of coffee lowers your frequency let alone drinking it. I personally drink my coffee in the am and then chug down some lemon water and then enjoy my capsule of oils.

Every cell in your body, every single living thing, has a vibrational frequency. When we consume things that have frequency (such as plants which are living things), we can increase our body's frequency which will increase our health.
Healthy human body frequency: 62+ MHz
Illness starts at 57-60 MHz
Our bodies are receptive to cancer at 42 MHz
Death begins at 25 MHz
Essential oils have frequencies as well, which can raise our bodies' frequency. They range from 52-320 MHz
One of the most important modalities of essential oils is their ability to raise our body's frequency to a level where disease cannot exist
Processed food: 0 MHz, meaning it does nothing positive for your health
Raw, real food (things that are alive) are the only foods that will raise your frequency. Go juicing!
The essential oils with the highest frequencies are Rose (320 MHz), Helichrysum (181 MHz), and Frankincense (147 MHz)
Coffee: Even holding a cup of coffee can lower your body frequency by 8 MHz (eek!) Taking a sip lowers it by 14 MHz. BUT! Listen to this: When essential oils are inhaled following exposure to coffee, the bodily frequencies restore themselves in less than a minute. But if no oils are administered, it can take up to 3 days for the body to recover from even one drink of coffee. How crazy is that?
Negative thoughts decrease our frequency by up to 12 MHz
A positive thought can increase our frequency by 10 MHz
Prayer/meditation increase our frequency by 15 MHz
How incredible is this?!
When we treat our bodies well and surround them with things that are raw, vibrant, and alive, we too are vibrant, alive and thriving!
CAN'T I JUST BUY OILS FROM THE PHARMACY?
Essential oils are not regulated therefore companies can put any filler or additive into what they call an "essential oil". Most of what you will find in stores (i.e. the cheap ones) are either another ingredient altogether or has toxic fillers in it. There is more Lavender EO on the market than is physically possibly to have even been made! We recently looked into a well known brand sold in New Zealand and it had less than 1% actual oil in it. Whaaaa?!
When you are using essential oils on your body for any reason related to health or skincare, it is very dangerous to use these types of oils and can actually bring more harm. You can have reactions to these types of oils and they can make conditions worse. And remember, these oils invade every single cell of your body within minutes. You don't want to be messing with any oils you can't completely trust.
Young Living has rigorous testing and standards for their oils.
No fillers are ever added to Young Living's oils and no toxins are present. In fact, they don't even use pesticides or herbicides on their crops or soil so that toxins won't be present. Anything that comes from a farm outside of Young Living's farms must meet these strict standards as well.
You can visit the Young Living farms anytime you want and see their methods of growth and testing. That's how open they are about their purity.
