Yes, It is that time of year! A time I really do not look forward to. What time is it? Spring Cleaning. I must confess that I do not like any kind of cleaning, sorting, organizing...etc. I really struggle with a desire to deep clean my house. I slways procrastinate.The good news is that I have a solution for this. When I need help, I turn to Young Living for some GREAT ESSENTIAL OILS for spring cleaning.
So these are the oils I decided to use. First I use Clarity....it helps clean out the cobwebs of my brain. I find I use this a lot for memory issues. I spred it across my forehead. The, I breathe in or apply to my wrist, Motivation. Without Motivation it is hard to start my cleaning tasks. Lastly, I breathe in Magnify Your Purpose. This is a new oil for me. It is designed to strengthen my commitmnent to my cleaning tasks. Something I very much lack in. So....the good news is that last Thursday and Friday Glenn and I cleaned out the garage. We stored the items we are keeping in clear totes. We also set aside items to sell and items to donate. So far we have had 3 garbage cans full of empty boxes and trash. We have lived in this house for 35 years and only cleaned it out one other time. Saturday we will clean out the old paint cans and then we will be done. My next cleaning project is our spare bedroom. Or, what Ilovingly call our clutter room. But for now my garage looks great and I feel so much better. I am so... proud.
Two things I have learned about essentail oils through this experience. Number one, there is an oil for every need. And number two, essential oils really do work. So, how is your spring cleaning coming? Just call me if you need a little help. I have some oils for that.
