You guys know I have an affection for Ninxgia Greens. I drink it in my Ninxgia Red. The problem is it a green powder. I cannot have lots of different fruits because of being pre-diabetic so adding the powder to a fruit smoothie is not possible. Or is it? Laying in bed one night contemplating this problem I remembered I had some blackberries left from making blackberry jelly. Hmmm.....I can have blackberrys...and I have an immersion blender....what if I add blackberrys to my drink? So....the next moring I mixed my Ninxgia Red, Ninxgia Greens, Mindwise, blackberrys, some drops of stevia ( blackberrys can be bitter) and blended it together. I added some ice cubes...and OH MY GOSH....what a change in taste. I figured it out! I guess I thought I needed more fruits or some type of milk or protein powder to make it taste good. But just a few berries and stevia did the job. Today. I added strawberries and Choc Zero Vanilla flavoring and it was GREAT! I hope to try some blueberries or rasberries. Summer is coming with many fresh fruits.

It is true....I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that Young Living is phasing out Nature's Ultra CBD products. The CBD 600 mg. muscle rub has sold out and is no longer available. I personnally love the Soothe and have ordered some more of it. The Beauty Boost was one of my "runner up's" for Best Product of the year. I will share more on this later. I am ordering some extra of it also.
The good news is...Young Living is coming out with their own line of CBD products. They are growing their own plants and creating their own formulas. I am so...excited. The phasing out of the old and phasing in of the new will take about a year. So grab your favorite Natures Ultra products now.
Now, it is time for a True Story. Last week my sister had surgery for lung cancer. The surgeon removed the upper lobe of her right lung.
