When Essential Oils DO NOT work, 5 Reasons
Day 4:

When making changes consistency in the change can be a struggle. But once you learn where to replace other products with essential oils it becomes easier. However, one thing people struggle with is how often to use essential oils. Essential oils are slightly different for other things. Frequency of use depends of the person using them.

Often, I hear “I tried that, but it didn’t work”. However, upon further conversation, if they were consistently choosing essential oils frequency of use was the culprit. One thing to keep in mind is the molecular structure of essential oils is very small. Essential oils are absorbed into the skin very quickly. It can reach the brain in seconds and can reach every cell in your body in 20 minutes. This is what makes essential oils effective, but it is also what makes the need for more consistent use necessary. Sometimes an oil might have to be used every few minutes in the beginning, then slowly stretched out to hourly, and then to every few hours. Use really depends on the target and what you are trying to accomplish.

When using and essential oil and not getting the desired result, one of the reasons might be, frequency of use. Consider using the oil more frequency or in different ways to see if they are more beneficial. Just keep in mind, frequency and consistency are key with using essential oils. Rollerballs are great for helping to make oils more easily accessible. When you are struggling frequency and consistency are key. When you are supporting consistency is key. But the real KEY is using essential oils! 🗝️
