After I made beef stew in my Dutch oven I made some healthy desserts to go with it. 

Who says desserts have to be loaded with sugar and empty calories? As a women in the mid 40s that couldn't loose weight before, but has a sweet tooth. I understand the importance of taking care of ourselves, even when we indulge in something sweet. That's why I've come up with two delicious and guilt-free recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your health goals.

First up on our healthy dessert menu is Baked Apples. This delightful treat is a fantastic alternative to apple cider, which tends to be loaded with sugar.
