Crash diets typically involve drastic calorie reduction or the outright elimination of essential food groups. While they may yield immediate weight loss, their sustainability and long-term effectiveness are questionable. It's like a temporary band-aid on a deeper issue.

So, here's the question: Are we asking the right questions when it comes to our health and well-being? Instead of fixating on the quickest route, perhaps we should be delving into the root causes of our weight struggles.For me it was health!  Since it came back on  with very little caloric intake after a major health crisis. 

Asking the Right Questions

1. Why Are We Here?: Start by introspecting. What led to the desire for weight loss? Is it just about appearances, or is there a deeper motivation, like improving health or boosting confidence?

2. What Are Our Habits?: Examining our daily routines and dietary choices is crucial. Are there patterns that contribute to weight gain? Identifying these habits can lead to meaningful change.Not only food choices but our overall mental health as well. 

3.What Can We Sustain?: Sustainable change is the key to lasting results. Instead of radical diets, focus on gradual adjustments that fit your lifestyle.By eating REAL food!  

4. Seeking Support: Sometimes, the right questions involve seeking guidance. Consider consulting a nutritionist or a fitness expert to understand your unique needs. Find a holistic provider that listens to YOUR own personal needs.
