Essential oils keep your frequency up, so use them daily to keep yourself above the wellness line. Do you know an apple has a frequency of about 12MHz and boxed or canned food has a frequency of 0?! Yes, they don't give your body energy! Essential oils have some of the highest frequencies starting at 52 (our beloved Valor) which is the same frequency as our bones, all the way up to 580 MHz (Idaho Blue Spruce). A healthy body has a frequency of 68-72, and as our frequency lowers, our body becomes susceptible to falling below the wellness line. Do you know even holding a cup of coffee can lower your frequency? The official start of summer! Let’s kick off the month with exciting new class announcements, a great grilling recipe, and some gift ideas for dad (Father’s Day is June 16th).
When I was growing up we owned a family fruit and vegetable business and my dad made many trips to deliver boxes of food to families that were out of work or single moms, and he would leave them on their doorstep after hours. He taught me a great work ethic and compassion for people and that the "customer is always right". Memories that will last a lifetime even though he is gone!

For the dad who loves to grill, stock up on some fresh ingredients for this delicious grilled chicken marinade. Store-bought marinades have a shelf life, which means the ingredients lose freshness every day they sit there, and at the same time, the flavors lose their intensity. The secret to mastering marinades is in knowing the effect of various marinating durations.
Marinating for two hours or less will impart a surface flavor.
For a fully infused flavor, marinate for 8-24 hours.
NOTE: The thicker the meat, the longer it takes to absorb the flavor.
Ingredients:
Juice of 2 limes
1⁄3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 drops Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil
*2 drops Lime Vitality Essential Oil
Mix the above ingredients together. Allow chicken to marinate for 2-6 hours.

*Avoid plastic when using citrus essential oils.

1 c Epsom Salt

Happy Spring!!!!!! With so many new members monthly, I feel its time to share my story with you again for those of you who don't know who is behind this newsletter! You are receiving this because you are part of our organization with Young Living and someone cared enough about you to share the gift of health with you. I am your Gold leader, and part of your leadership team. My family consists of myself and my 4 living children some of whom have already started their own families. This picture you see is a few years old because our family has grown and moved across states so we can never get a new one taken together! Does anyone else share that dilemma? We have since added two new grand-babies and a new son in law too! Time does fly way too fast!
We started our oily journey about 8 years ago at a time in our life when we desperately needed some calm and Joy! Have you ever been there? A friend of mine had invited me to a class to learn about these oils and I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I just knew that my biggest need at the time was to calm some hurting hearts after some major emotional upsets in our home and family life. My oldest daughter had passed away tragically at the age of 16 and left us with major trauma and many emotional scars. The first oil I was introduced to was the oil of "Joy" and it truly just changed the temperature in our home. Kids were smiling more, laughing more and loosening up! As a mom, I loved seeing those changes so I continued to investigate and dug in deep to researching all I could about Young Living oils and the amazing benefits that they could have on our physical, emotional and spiritual well being! We have never looked back! I started sharing how these products were so life changing with everyone I could tell, because I wanted my friends and family to have the same results that I was having! SPRING "BREATHE EASY" MIX
So many people have a hard time breathing easy in the spring and Fall. Mix up this blend and put in capsules to take every 4 hours if needed to get through your day without struggle.
