As the kiddos get ready to head back to school this month (or maybe yours already have), I want to share a few tips and tricks that you can use to keep them healthy from head to toe - and they aren’t just for kids ;)

Speed Oiling - NOT Speed Dating, but Speed Oiling. Its like 6 classes all in one. You will go in groups from table to table for 15 minutes at each table to learn about 6 different topics. This is a fun and interactive way to enjoy learning. Its our second time trying this out and everyone had a lot of fun!
