June is strawberry month! Our strawberries are coming in strong so we definitely have to make Strawberry Rhubarb pie! We don’t eat white sugar so I make this strictly with coconut sugar which is lower glycemic and the pie actually tastes better than if I was to use white sugar. I definitely use her tip to thicken the juice over the stove. It only takes a few minutes and the pie set beautifully. It cut nice firm pieces!

Lemongrass is not just for a clean scent! I find it helps dissolve rust stains when I add it to my Thieves cleaner. You need to let it sit for a few minutes but it works well. Our first few strawberries
Our first Chamomile harvest put in the dehydrator! Chamomile is one of the easiest and fast growing plants in the garden and you can dehydrate the flowers and have the best and freshest Chamomile tea for winter for Pennies! It’s so cheap and delicious when you grow it yourself.
Now we also sell Roman Chamomile oil and it’s hundreds of times more potent than the dried herb and it doesn’t expire like dried herbs, so a bottle you buy today will last for years and years and years and not loose its potency! It’s so good for emergencies and pain and skin issues and so good for sleep, especially for those who struggle with sleep! Babies too! Let me know if you grow your own!
And lastly, before you kick me off your phone, I’ll bore you with a photo of my hubby planting onions. He cut an onion board to help create a trench which helps fertilize them, water them and helps them grow stronger! So far so good. Our onions are looking mighty fine!
