INGREDIENTS
1 c Epsom Salt
10+ drops of your favorite essential oil {Valor, Stress Away, Frankincense, Orange, Lavender, Roman Chamomile to suggest a few}

Happy Spring!!!!!! With so many new members monthly, I feel its time to share my story with you again for those of you who don't know who is behind this newsletter! You are receiving this because you are part of our organization with Young Living and someone cared enough about you to share the gift of health with you. I am your Gold leader, and part of your leadership team. My family consists of myself and my 4 living children some of whom have already started their own families. This picture you see is a few years old because our family has grown and moved across states so we can never get a new one taken together! Does anyone else share that dilemma? We have since added two new grand-babies and a new son in law too! Time does fly way too fast!
We started our oily journey about 8 years ago at a time in our life when we desperately needed some calm and Joy! Have you ever been there? A friend of mine had invited me to a class to learn about these oils and I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I just knew that my biggest need at the time was to calm some hurting hearts after some major emotional upsets in our home and family life. My oldest daughter had passed away tragically at the age of 16 and left us with major trauma and many emotional scars. The first oil I was introduced to was the oil of "Joy" and it truly just changed the temperature in our home. Kids were smiling more, laughing more and loosening up! As a mom, I loved seeing those changes so I continued to investigate and dug in deep to researching all I could about Young Living oils and the amazing benefits that they could have on our physical, emotional and spiritual well being! We have never looked back! I started sharing how these products were so life changing with everyone I could tell, because I wanted my friends and family to have the same results that I was having! We love to help our friends enjoy the great finds that we encounter in life and this is why your here! Here is a great DIY to help sooth your skin and help it age gracefully! Apply to hands, neck, face and any area of the body that needs attention. This blend will nourish your skin and help keep it looking young and the added bonus is that these oils work at a cellular level so they are not just helping our skin, they are working on other systems of our body without us even trying! They are amazing like that! Enjoy one of my favorite combinations below!
1/4 cup of carrier oil of choice, Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, Almond Oil, V6 oil in a 1/2 pint mason jar (always store EO oils in glass)
10 drops each of Frankincense, Gentle Baby, Hong Kuai and mix to apply daily to skin! Gentle Babies is not just for Babies but has incredible properties for every age and skin type!

Use This, Not That!
This month we want to focus on just how easy it can be to take those Small Steps that will equal BIG Changes!! It really can be as simple as Use This, Not That!
Have you ever heard of Bioaccumulation?? Here is a quick little science lesson, if you will. Bioaccumulation is “when a harmful substance gets absorbed by an organism (your body) at a higher rate than it can be excreted.” When we are constantly exposing our bodies to the harmful chemicals found in our everyday use products these are accumulating at a faster rate than our bodies can get rid of them. We can oftentimes be exposed to up to 300 different chemicals a day, and most of us don’t even realize it! How can your body thrive when it is exposed to so many toxins?
Consider making the switch! Start slow . . . identify those products you use most often and use the Young Living product instead that is infused with essential oils and is actually working with your body to support your overall health and wellness! Here are some switches you may want to make first:

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE making my own roller blends!! Did you know that you can reuse your empty 5 ml and 15 ml oil bottles to create your own roll-ons and custom blends?
In your Virtual Office, you can purchase a 10 pk of AromaGlide Roller Fitments (Item #4578) that you can use to replace the plastic orifice reducer in your oil bottles once they are empty. Soak your bottles in warm water with a few drops of Lemon essential oil for 10 minutes. Peel off the label and replace it with one of your own, add your essential oils and top off with your favorite carrier oil, pop on the roller top and you are good to go!
