I am newly remarried but my late husband was a Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Army! He flew helicopters to protect our country many years ago!
His personal items are so very dear to his girls but storing them all these years have left an undesirable scent on them! It’s a 4 letter word and starts with M!!!!

With the holidays approaching and the excess food and drink and overindulging, do you want a little tip? We are talking heart health this week for our education spotlight. We only have one heart, so its important to take care of it.
When looking at heart health from a natural standpoint, there are several factors that contribute to heart health. Chronic inflammation, blood sugar imbalances, chronic stress, and nutrient deficiencies.
My husband is a great example of how you can change your heart health with diet and lifestyle changes. Way before we even met, he was working a high stress job with lots of travel, and eating out because of that, grabbing not so healthy food daily on the road. He had decided to get some testing done just to see where his health numbers were and before he even left the facility, they told him to immediately get to a doctor because he could die 3 different ways that day. He immediately quit his high stress job, and started to delve into healthy ways to get his body back into balance. He changed all of his cholesterol, blood sugar and inflammation markers without any pills and even the doctors were baffled. Several years later we met at a Young Living class I was teaching and we have been pursuing health together ever since.
I am not sharing this information to tell you what decisions to make about your health, but to share our experience to give you hope and possibly a different avenue to pursue when thinking about your own lifestyle choices. Please do your own research and make choices that are best for your family.
Several products we love for Heart health are Young Living, and one that my husband takes daily is a non-Young Living product that has been very beneficial for him and his continued health.

When you are trying to reduce your inflammation and lower your blood sugar levels, some healthy tips to investigate are Intermittent Fasting, ditching processed sugar (I have so many great alternatives without using fake sugars - remember aspartame is a neurotoxin) reducing the amount of white flour you consume and using Berberine daily. Berberine is a great supplement you can get at any health food store for balancing blood sugar levels naturally. If you can get it combined with tumeric, that is even better to help with inflammation.
Next up is our RED CEDAR BLISS! My husband had been dealing with some garbage in his lungs and sinus' for several months that we just could not figure out where it was coming from. His lungs were clear said the doctor but he was still dealing with some phlegm type substance that would not go away. We finally ordered Red Cedar Bliss and he started taking it with Laurus Nobilis 3x a day in a capsule, 4 drops each and within days it broke up the phlegm and he no longer deals with it. It has been a game changer for him. We now keep two bottles on hand in case the issue arises again during the winter months. For the entire time I have been with Young Living the last 14 years, I have always encouraged those I teach to grab a desk reference. It is like the encyclopedia of Young Living oils. Because we are somewhat restrained online by 3 letter agencies since 2014 to tell you what the oils can exactly do for your body, we encourage you to always have a desk reference on hand which goes into much detail about the constituents of each oil, what the properties are, the distillation process, and the "ailments" it addresses. Things we cannot tell you, these beautiful guide books do. Because these books are not "compliant", Young Living cannot publish them directly, but we have always had 3rd party resources to share. The old company went out of business in 2020 but there is a new sheriff in town and this beautiful book is so full of resources on body systems, Young Living essential oils, our supplements, Raindrop technique directions and so much more. This cutie is struggling below the wellness line and we have been doing modified raindrops on her daily, twice a day. She is only three so we use less oils and a couple specific ones for her struggles.
