Recipe of the Month - Peppermint Cooling Spray
June is the gateway to summer

This week we're talking about what to do when you're feeling the heat...

Recipe of the Month!

Let your essential oils come to the rescue.  We don't just teach oils - we help you use them.

Here is a way to use two popular essential oils (that come in your premium starter kit) to bring comfort in an instant.

This simple spritz will be your favourite in the summer and all year if you need to cool off during sports or hot flashes.

How to make a Peppermint Cooling Spray
Ingredients
    • 2oz distilled water
    • 2 Tbsp distilled water
    • 2 Tbsp vodka or witch hazel
    • 4 drops each of Peppermint and Lavender Essential
How to make and use
    • Add all ingredients to a spray bottle (ideally glass) starting with the Peppermint and Lavender Oils.
    • Put on spray top and shake well to combine
    • Spray on your neck, shoulders, belly, underarms... you name it! This simple recipe can help you stay cool on the hottest days.
    • For added oomph, keep in the fridge and turbo charge your cooling
*Also- if that's not cutting it, you can try drinking a drop of peppermint in your water, massage a couple drops around your bellybutton (dilute with a drop of carrier oil), or massage a couple drops onto your neck or feet.

Let us know if you make this and how you like it!  We'll be spritzing away.
