Note that Power Meal, Balance Complete and the Slique Shakes are all considered full meal replacements. Pure Protein Complete is a protein powder formulated to give your body the needed protein before or after a workout and strenuous activity, although it is not a full meal replacement. If you were to want extra protein, plus a full meal, I like to add a scoop of Pure Protein Complete to a scoop (half serving) of one of the three meal replacement powders.
Note that below I only mention the facts for the Vanilla Spice version of Pure Protein, although the Chocolate is very similar except for the taste and slightly different flavoring ingredients. Both are delicious depending on the vanilla or chocolate flavor you prefer.
