So many people right now are struggling with the emotional toll of this year and I encourage you to reach out if you need to talk to someone, if you need prayer, and to use the oils you have to help get through the rough days. My favorites from the kit for emotional stability are Valor, Peace and Calming, Frankincense, Lavender and Citrus Fresh. I love to diffuse them, roll them on my wrists and just open the bottles and smell them many times a day to get through the rough patches. The oils I go to outside of the kit are Kidpower, Sacred Mountain, Northern Lights Black Spruce, and Orange. They are all very calming oils and help when the days are getting overwhelming. Use the oils hourly if need be, apply on the back of the neck, down the spine, on the temples, on the wrists and over the heart!
