Kidney tips 
I personally have been taking this daily! But you can also use it for when situations arise. I ALWAYS keep an extra bottle on hand for emergencies because when you need it, shipping can't come quick enough.
K&B Tincture - Why everyone needs this!
UTI for one! Kicks it in the butt. 
I have only had one in my life, but when I did, ouch, and I added 3 drops of Juniper oil and 3 drops of Oregano daily along with taking the K&B. I felt my discomfort go away overnight and I kept taking the drops until the whole bottle was gone just to make sure that it took care of everything. Hence why I always have an extra on hand. Just incase! Today our toxic load is so high in this world that our kidneys are burdened! The herbicide glyphosate (Roundup) is a huge problem for the kidneys - and now we know it is found in non-organic grains like wheat, oats (Cheerios and other cereal), and even contaminates organic lentils and legumes.
A 90-year-old has only 1/3 - 1/2 of the kidney function of a 20-year-old.
This means that as we age we have a decrease in our ability to rid the body of many toxins.

What do Kidneys Do for Us?
The kidneys are filters. They filter the blood 60 times a day.

K&B is a Tincture
Herbal tinctures are another way we can get the potent part of the plant in a more concentrated form that is consumable. K&B is a combo of wonderful herbs extracted using alcohol.
Tinctures are highly concentrated and you can keep them for a very long time because they are compounded in alcohol.
Why alcohol?
Some plants require extraction with a solvent (alcohol) to get the magnitude of goodness. Water would not work. This is a pure alcohol that is dietary.
Add the tincture to water, add to NR, or squirt it right in your mouth.
Refrigerate after opening and it will last a long, long time.
Taste?
Not good, to some people.
I personally take it in juice or Ningxia Red.
Instructions for Use:
Shake very well.
Start on the low end. Dr Minke suggests 2 droppers two times a day is plenty for most people.
The label says, 3 droppers three times a day by itself or in filtered water.
You can use it regularly, or you can take it for awhile and take time off.
Adults and children over the age of 12.
Shelf Life
Refrigerate after opening and you’ll be able to keep them for a long time. Shake before use.
The bottle says, "Keep in a cool dry place."
It is a tincture with alcohol and EOs to preserve.
Tinctures with alcohol can last a long, long time. 12-14 months or more when you make your own tinctures.

Extracts of juniper berries, which enhance the body's efforts to maintain proper fluid balance.
Parsley, which supports kidney and bladder function and aids overall urinary health
Urva ursi, which supports both urinary and digestive system health.
Dandelion root
Royal Jelly (K&B is not a vegan product)

How to use a Glass Dropper.
YL provides tinctures with a measured glass dropper.
To use a dropper to get proper dosage, first squeeze the bulb to release the contents, while continuing to squeeze the bulb, submerge the dropper into the tincture, release to suck up the right amount of K&B.
That is a full dropper as directed on the label (even though the dropper appears to be half full).
Two droppers (looks like half-filled) gives you 2ml.
Tinctures are Highly Absorbable
Herbal tinctures and liquid preparations of herbs are highly absorbable, in this case a bounty of herbs are added to aid digestion, cleanse the bowels, the blood, the liver and building and supporting all body systems including the Lymphatic System, Cardiovascular System, Circulatory System.
