If you have been around Young Living for any amount of time, you have heard us talk about a desk reference. It is like the encyclopedia for Young Living oils. A three letter agency does not let us tell you exactly all the things that these beautiful oils do, we can only speak of them in very general and simple terms. So we cannot say that Oregano is a natural anti-biotic, but that it just helps support your body and is calming and refreshing. We have been using desk references for years and years to truly know how to support our health conditions with specific information that the references have. They are not written by Young Living, so they can say more than what the Young Living website says about what each oil does for the body. LSP was the largest publisher of desk references and sadly went out of business in 2021. Now we have another resource for those who want to use the oils to address their health concerns at a cellular level with more information at their fingertips.

Seeds of Thyme App
The Seeds of Thyme app is the go-to destination for essential oil education. As the official publisher of the Essential Oil Reference Guide, this app offers exclusive and in-depth knowledge from this treasured resource. For just 99¢ per month or $8.99 USD per year, you can access thousands of essential oil solutions for common health conditions, including usage tips, step-by-step recipes, and so much more.
Plus, you can try it risk-free with a 7-Day Trial Period!

Fall is upon us and we want to be prepared for all the things. My two favorite respiratory support oils to take internally for tough respiratory things are Red Cedar Bliss, formulated for supporting your lungs and immune system and Laurus Nobilis. 4-5 drops a day in a gelatin capsule will do your lungs a lot of good. If you cannot swallow capsules, you can put the drops in a tsp of raw honey. These are must haves in my home to keep our lungs healthy and breathing easy. Red Cedar Bliss has Laurus Nobilis in the combination of oils in the blend, so if you can't afford both, Red Cedar Bliss should be on your list. It is not only good to take internally for lungs, but it also just smells devine.

What is in your Fall wellness kit? I say all the time, to order one or two oils per month on Loyalty to build your wellness kit to keep the cost economical and to be prepared when things strike at home. Did you know that Young Living oils do not expire? If you do not use that full bottle of Lavender this year, or the next or even in 10 years, it is still just as potent and valuable for your health issues ten years down the line. You can throw them in your diaper bag and forget about them until they are needed, you can put them in a bug-out bag for that emergency that you hope never comes, or maybe you just use Peppermint daily but one day your skin gets sun-kissed, your baby gets diaper rash, you can't sleep or your sinus' are angry, you can go grab that bottle of Lavender that has been sitting on your shelf or in your drawer and it will still work! Its a beautiful thing. Our oils do not expire like over the counter items.
For the last few months I have been ordering a couple of items a month on Loyalty to prepare my winter wellness kit. I am going to share my list with you, to give you some insight as to what might be of help to you as you build yours. If you have questions about what is on my list, please reach out. I would love to help you feel your best and keep you and your family healthy!

Lemon, Lime, Orange, Clove as the most inexpensive oils for diffusing for immune support
Oregano, Thyme, for sinus and immune support
Copaiba to help your bodies natural response to inflammation

Raindrop Kit for when your body is hurting, in every which way, just follow the directions and give your family a raindrop to help them feel better quickly.
Do you have babies? Do you know that oils are so good for kids and parents alike? We personally use all the regular oils on grandbabies and kids we are privileged to oil up, but if you are a new parent or new to oils and are not sure what to use, Young Living has a kids line that are pre-diluted so there is no question about how to dilute and which ones to use. Each oil name gives you insight on what to use it for, so you can apply with no stress!

Bravery in a bottle for the littles… or bigs! Roll on wrists or spine, or take a big whiff! This one smells just like a creamsicle in the woods.

Hard to focus and concentrate? Trouble staying on task? This one is for you! Roll it on and get to work!

Full of powerful oils like Eucalyptus blue, Palo santo, Lavender, Dorado azul, Ravintsara, Myrtle, Eucalyptus Globulous, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Citradora, Cypress, Eucalyptus Radiata, Black spruce and Peppermint oils, this blend is a year round staple!

A blend of Spearmint, Peppermint, Tangerine, Fennel, Anise, Ginger, and Cardamom, TummyGize is the perfect relaxing blend for massaging onto little — or big — unhappy tummies.

Booboos don’t stand a chance! Created with Tea Tree, Elemi, and other gentle oils, this one is perfect for anything skin… even those imaginary booboos that need a little love and attention!

To add to the goodness for your little ones, Young Living is giving away Feather the Owl diffuser this month with qualifying purchase. This diffuser is not only adorable, but it has been drop tested over 300 times so that it can handle little hands that might be a little rough with it. Feather also has a sound machine option and you can turn the light off if you only want the diffuser option. I know it was developed for kids but I purchased one for myself years ago after he came out and he is a great addition to my diffuser collection. Its great when the grandkids come over for nap-time.

If you would like more information on product usage, hosting a gathering to educate your friends and family, shipping, or just need prayer, please reach out. We would love to assist you and help you feel your best.
