I actually found this a little difficult to use when it first came out but then one of our wonderful, savvy leaders, Kyla M posted a pic of the spray bottle she got from Amazon and diluted this with witchhazel and I fell in LOVE!!!!! Heartburn anyone? I have only experienced heartburn during one of my pregnancies and it was not fun. But now, sadly, I get it everytime I eat tomatoes. Especially since we just planted 8 tomato plants! Yikes! I love to eat them off of the vine like an apple. My husband teases me about this!
Alkalime has been known to help with this and I have been taking one a day and it’s been a life saver. You can take up to 3 packets a day if needed but one is doing it for me. It does bubble up so add to your water slowly!!!!!! I learned the hard way!
Give it a try and let me know your thoughts! As with all supplements, Young Living or not, trying anything for a week will not give you a good picture of its efficacy. Using a supplement for 3 months, consistently, gives it a good solid try and you will have more a more accurate test to see how it works for you.
Remember, health is a choice, a lifestyle! A shift in mindset and actions will always reap results. Eating a salad once a month will not make you healthy. Working out once a week will not transform your body. Consistency and being intensional will always lead to success!
