If you’ve been following along with our content creation series, you’ve already created a swipe file of reusable ideas and planned out a full month of blog posts. Now it’s time to bring it all together—by publishing, sharing, and showing up.
This training walks you through the final step in your system: taking the blog posts you’ve created and getting them out into the world using GetOiling. Once complete, you’ll have an entire month of content queued and ready to go—emails, graphics, and all.
Why It Matters to Schedule and Share Ahead
New to GetOiling? You can use everything we teach in this training with our all-in-one platform. Start your free trial here.
So many Brand Partners write amazing content that never gets seen. Why? Because they stop short of scheduling it—or forget to share it once it's live. Creating content is only part of the system. Publishing and sharing it is what builds trust, visibility, and connection over time.
This final step ensures that everything you’ve worked on shows up in front of your audience consistently—even when life gets busy. It’s how you stay present without burning out.
How to Upload and Format Blog Posts in GetOiling
Start by opening your Trello board (or wherever you’ve stored your drafts). For each blog post you’ve created, follow these steps:
- Log in to your GetOiling dashboard and navigate to the Blog section.
- Create a new blog post.
- Copy your blog title from Trello and paste it into the title field.
- Copy the blog body content and paste it using the “Paste Plain Text” option. This retains your brand fonts.
- Format your headings using the H2 tag. Keep paragraphs short for readability.
- Add a featured image using the graphic you created in Canva.
- Paste your excerpt into the excerpt section.
- Add relevant tags (like “Wellness Tips” or “Self-Care”).
- Schedule your post to publish on your preferred date.
Repeat this process for each of your four planned blog posts. This setup takes just a few minutes per post and ensures your content looks polished, professional, and on-brand.
How to Share Your Posts with Email and Social Media
Once your blog posts are scheduled, it’s time to make sure your audience actually sees them. You’ll use Write with AI inside GetOiling to generate email and social post copy that promotes each blog post—without needing to come up with something from scratch.
For each post, open Write with AI and use this sample prompt to generate your email preview:
I am a wellness influencer who helps first-time moms and moms of young kids take control of their family’s wellness with easy-to-implement steps and safe, natural products. Write a 3-5 sentence email preview promoting my blog post titled [paste blog title]. Here are the contents of the blog post: [paste blog post body]. Use a tone that piques curiosity and invites readers to click the link to read more.
Once you’ve generated the preview, paste it into a new email broadcast. Schedule it to go out to your subscribers the same day your blog post is published. Done!
Write Your Social Media Copy (Without Overthinking It)
Use a similar prompt in Write with AI to create your social post:
I am a wellness influencer who helps first-time moms and moms of young kids take control of their family’s wellness with easy-to-implement steps and safe, natural products. Write a short, engaging social media caption to promote my blog post titled [paste blog title]. Here are the contents of the blog post: [paste blog post body]. Include a question to spark curiosity and encourage readers to click the link to read more.
Paste the result into the social section of your Trello card or schedule it directly through your social posting tool. If you created a Canva graphic for your blog, you can also post it to your feed along with this caption to boost engagement.
Repeat for each of the four posts you’re publishing this month.
Organize for a Final Review
Before you consider your month of content “done,” take a few minutes to do a final check:
- Each blog post has a title, formatted body, featured image, and excerpt
- Tags are applied for organization and searchability
- Email previews are created and scheduled in GetOiling
- Social post captions are drafted and either scheduled or stored in Trello
- Each post has a clear call to action that aligns with your business goals
This last step prevents scrambling mid-month and makes sure your system is complete, consistent, and ready to work for you—without daily decision-making.
