If creating consistent content for your Young Living business feels overwhelming—or like something that constantly gets pushed to the bottom of your to-do list—you’re not alone. That’s exactly why this week’s training shows you how to plan a full month of blog content in under an hour using simple, repeatable tools you already have access to.
This is part two of our content planning series. If you haven’t yet created your swipe file, start there first by watching this training on how to build a system that saves your best content ideas.
Why This Matters (Especially If You’re Busy)
New to GetOiling? You can use everything we show here with a free trial—no extra tools needed. Start your free trial here.
For most Brand Partners, content is the first thing to fall off when life gets full. It feels time-consuming, it doesn’t always give you immediate results, and it’s easy to assume you can just “post later.” But the problem with that is—later rarely comes. And that leads to inconsistency, which means lost connection, momentum, and potential customers.
Today’s method makes consistency possible—even if you feel behind, uninspired, or short on time. With the right system, you can sit down once, use your existing ideas, and walk away with an entire month of posts ready to go. This isn’t just about productivity—it’s about freedom.
What You’ll Need to Follow Along
This training uses the following tools to make your planning process fast and friction-free:
- Write with AI in GetOiling: To generate blog titles, post drafts, and excerpts
- Trello (free version): To organize your ideas and track blog drafts using your swipe file
- Canva (free version): To design simple, branded graphics for each post
None of these tools are required, but they do make it easy to plan and publish consistently—without extra subscriptions or learning curves.
Step 1: Use Your Swipe File to Generate Blog Titles
If you completed last week’s training, your swipe file is filled with stories, testimonials, tips, and CTAs. Now it’s time to turn those ideas into blog titles.
Open Write with AI inside GetOiling and use a prompt like this:
I am a wellness influencer who helps first-time moms and moms of young kids take control of their family’s wellness with easy-to-implement steps and safe, natural products. Generate a list of 5 blog post titles. Use a fun, friendly tone.
From that list, choose four blog post titles you’d like to publish this month. Save each title as a new Trello card in the “Drafts” column.
Step 2: Draft the Blog Posts (Fast)
Now that you have titles, open Write with AI again and plug each one into a prompt like this:
Write a 1000-word blog post titled [paste title]. Include an intro, beginner-friendly tips, and a CTA to schedule a wellness consult call. Use a fun, friendly tone.
Do this for all four posts. As you receive the AI output, paste each draft into the matching Trello card so everything is stored in one place.
Step 3: Create Excerpts for Each Post
Each blog post in GetOiling includes a short excerpt that appears in previews and on your website’s blog feed. Let AI help you here too:
Summarize this blog post in one engaging sentence for use as a preview or social share: [paste blog content].
Repeat this step for all four posts and save each excerpt to its Trello card. These will be handy for scheduling your posts and writing emails or social captions later on.
Step 4: Create Matching Graphics
Visual consistency builds brand recognition and boosts engagement. Use a Canva template to quickly generate graphics for each blog post. Here’s how:
- Open your pre-designed Canva template
- Replace the placeholder text with the blog title
- Adjust the background, colors, or images if needed
- Download your graphic as a PNG or JPEG
Upload each graphic to the corresponding Trello card. Now, you’ve got a complete package for every post—title, content, excerpt, and graphic—all in one place.
Step 5: Organize for Next Week
Take a few minutes to review your Trello board and make sure all four posts have the following:
- Blog Title
- Full Draft
- Excerpt
- Graphic
Move the completed cards into a “Ready to Publish” column, and you’re set up for the entire month—no last-minute scrambling required.

This System Is Built for Real Life
This method isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being prepared. You don’t need to write every post by hand, be a designer, or have hours of free time. You just need a plan that works with the time you do have.
And by combining the swipe file from last week with today’s planning method, you’ve created a system that allows you to:
- Show up consistently—even during your busiest seasons
- Save time by planning content in batches
- Use your best ideas more than once without repeating yourself
- Stay visible and valuable to your audience, even when life gets full
This is the foundation of sustainable visibility. It’s how you show up without burnout—and how your content starts working for you instead of being another task on your list.
What’s Next
You’ve now created a month of content. Next week, we’ll take this system one step further and show you how to publish and syndicate your content so it reaches more people—automatically.
If you haven’t yet, go back and watch the first training here to create your swipe file. This will make every future planning session easier and faster.
🚀 Work Smarter, Not Harder
You don’t have to reinvent the wheel every week. With the right tools and a simple system, you can create meaningful content that connects—without the stress.
