There’s a moment most Brand Partners hit sooner or later: you realize you don’t need more motivation. You need a business setup that makes it easier to do the things you already know help your Young Living business grow.
You want a place where your website lives, where you can send an email, where you can text a quick follow-up, where someone can book time with you, and where you can host the resources or classes you’re using to serve customers and support your team.
Not because you’re trying to build some giant online empire (which is totally cool if you want one, and we can help you with that!). Because you’re trying to share consistently, stay in touch, and help real people in real life. And that takes a system that supports you from day one all the way through leadership and beyond.
That’s what GetOiling was built for. For more than 10 years, this platform has been shaped feature by feature because Brand Partners like you asked for it. Not in a vague “we value feedback” way. In a very literal, practical way: someone says, “Can it do this?” and we build the thing that makes your day-to-day business easier.
And here’s the part that matters right now: we’ve made a long list of requested improvements across 2025, and we’ve already released major new updates in early 2026. This week’s Weekly Work Session is focused on the newest updates, and you can see them in action in the replay below.

An all-in-one system for your Young Living business, from day 1 to RCD
A lot of business tools are built for generic small businesses. Others are built for influencers, creators, or online course sellers. Brand Partners live in a different world.
We’re building relationships. We’re supporting customers. We’re helping people get results and stay consistent. We’re enrolling new customers and new Brand Partners. Some of us are running classes. Some of us are building newsletters. Some of us are hosting events. And many of us also offer services alongside Young Living, like Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT), Raindrop, coaching, consulting, massage, yoga, or wellness sessions.
GetOiling is built around that reality. It’s designed to support the full picture, whether you’re brand new and just trying to show up consistently, or you’re building a team and supporting a growing community.
That’s why updates matter here in a different way. It’s not about fancy bells and whistles. It’s about whether the system matches how Brand Partners actually work. And when we show you what’s new, you’ll see it in action in the replay below.
A website, email, and follow-up home base for your Young Living business
When Brand Partners go looking for tools, they usually piece together whatever they can find. A website here. An email tool there. A booking link somewhere else. A place to host resources. A note app. A spreadsheet. A dozen logins. A little chaos.
When everything is scattered, follow-up gets harder to keep straight because your notes, links, and messages are living in too many places.
A true website and email system for Young Living Brand Partners gives you a home base. Your pages, your emails, your contacts, your text conversations, your booking, and your content all live under one roof. So the business feels simpler to run, not more complicated.
That’s the lens for this week. We’re showing how the system has been built to support real Brand Partner work, and you can see those workflows in the replay below.
Website and blog changes that make sharing simpler
Your website is one of the most underrated assets in a Brand Partner business. Not because you need a huge site with ten pages. But because having a place you control makes sharing easier.
When you send someone to your own page, you’re not competing with distractions. You’re giving them a clear next step. You’re building trust. And you’re making it easier to keep the conversation moving forward.
Over the last year, we’ve made big improvements to the website side of GetOiling. Things like a faster, smoother page building experience, new templates and themes that help you get a simple site up quickly, and behind-the-scenes changes that make pages load faster.
We’ve also added upgrades Brand Partners ask for because they’re practical, not flashy. The ability to connect and manage multiple domains. The ability to customize blog post URLs. The ability to use custom fonts if you want your site to match your personal style or your service-based brand.
And one of the most confidence-building additions: page revision history. That means you can make changes without feeling like you’re gambling with your work. If you’ve ever hesitated to update a page because you didn’t want to lose what you already had, you’ll appreciate this one. We walk through how it works in the replay below.
All of this supports the same outcome: sharing becomes easier because you have a clean, simple home base that you can actually keep current.
Email marketing you can keep up with as a Brand Partner
Email is still one of the best ways to build trust and stay connected. It’s also one of the easiest things for Brand Partners to postpone, because writing and formatting emails can feel like a whole project.
So we’ve spent a lot of time making email creation easier inside GetOiling. Over 2025 we released a drag-and-drop email builder that makes it easier to build a clean email without fighting with formatting. And we’ve continued improving how fast you can write, edit, and adjust your message once it’s on the page.
One of the most useful themes in the newest updates is that you can communicate with your system in more natural ways. That shows up across GetOiling, including email. For example, talk-to-edit is now available in the block-style email builder, so you can refine what you wrote without doing the “stare at the sentence until your brain melts” routine. You’ll see exactly what that looks like in the replay below.
We also added a countdown timer in the email builder. If you run event registration windows, limited-time customer specials, or any offer with a deadline, a timer can help your readers take action while it’s still relevant. What makes this especially useful is that you can choose a fixed end date and time, or set it relative to when someone receives your email sequence. We show how it works in the replay below.
The bigger point here is simple: the easier it is to write and send emails, the more consistent you’ll be. And consistency is what builds relationships at scale, even in a relationship-based business.
Follow-up that’s easier to keep up with in a Young Living business
Follow-up is where most Brand Partners either grow steadily or stay stuck. Not because they don’t know they should follow up. Because follow-up gets messy when your notes are scattered, your messages aren’t saved, or you’re rebuilding the same thing over and over.
GetOiling has always been built to support active follow-up, not just bulk marketing. That’s why tools like contact records, notes, and built-in texting matter. And it’s why improvements like talk-to-transcribe are such a win: you can press and hold a button to speak a note directly into a contact record, or speak what you want to say when you’re drafting a message. You can see how that works in the replay below.
We’re also expanding what’s possible inside two-way texting, including a voice button in text chat. If texting is part of your business rhythm, this is the kind of update that makes staying in touch simpler, especially when you’re on the go. You’ll see it in action in the replay below.
When your follow-up tools feel easy to use, you’re more likely to actually use them. And that’s the whole goal: staying connected with the people you serve, without needing to reinvent your process every week.
Campaign tools that help you follow up faster
Campaigns are one of the best ways to support customers and prospects without winging it. A welcome series. A class follow-up sequence. A wellness challenge. A simple “here’s what to do next” set of messages. When you have those built, you stop relying on memory and mood to run your business.
That’s why one of the biggest early 2026 releases is the new campaign creator. You can create a new campaign from a short description, or start from scratch if you prefer to write everything yourself. And when you’re adding a new message to an existing campaign, the system can draft a message that matches what you already have, so your sequence stays cohesive. You’ll see how this works in the replay below.
Two other major upgrades make campaign editing easier too. There’s a “from my own outline” option that lets you write your full series on a single screen, which is especially helpful if you think best when you can see the whole flow at once. And there’s an “edit all messages” option so you can update an existing campaign in one place without clicking in and out of every single message. We demonstrate both in the replay below.
These tools aren’t about replacing your voice. They’re about saving your energy for the parts of the business that require you: relationships, conversations, consults, and leadership.
Booking links that support your Young Living business and services
If you offer anything that involves time with you, booking matters. Consults. Wellness sessions. AFT. Raindrop. Coaching. Even simple “pick my brain” support calls for your customers. When booking is clunky, people postpone. When booking is smooth, people follow through.
GetOiling’s booking system has continued to expand, including the ability for someone booking to choose which person they want to book with from a single booking link. That’s a big deal for teams, partnerships, or anyone sharing responsibility for appointments. You’ll see how it works in the replay below.
And one of the biggest new additions we’re focusing on right now: payments directly on calendar bookings. That means you can collect payment as part of the booking step, with coupon support (including $0 coupons). You can offer one-time payments, recurring payments, and even payment plans through common pay-over-time options. If you’ve ever wanted to offer a paid consult package or a simple series of sessions without sending separate payment links and tracking who paid, this is the kind of update that makes that process much cleaner. We show it in action in the replay below.
This is especially valuable for Brand Partners who want to grow beyond “posting and hoping.” When you can invite someone into a real next step and make it easy to commit, your business becomes more stable.
A system that supports oils and also supports the rest of what you do
One of the most common stories we hear is: “Young Living is my foundation, and I’m also building something alongside it.” Maybe you’re a massage therapist who wants a client intake and a booking setup that works. Maybe you’re a yoga teacher who wants to host a class series. Maybe you’re an AFT practitioner who wants a clear path from interest to booking to follow-up care.
That’s not a side note. That’s real life for Brand Partners, and it’s one reason we refuse to build GetOiling as a one-trick tool. Your business can include products and services. It can include customers and clients. It can include team support and education. The system should support all of it.
That’s also why updates like “create a page from what you already have” matter. The page builder now includes options to create a page from a URL, from a screenshot, or from a PDF. There’s also a way to create a section from an image or PDF. Those kinds of tools are especially helpful if you’re trying to get a clean page up quickly for a class, a workshop, a booking offer, or a simple informational page for a service. We walk through the newest page creation options in the replay below.
And if you’re building a member resource library or class content, there are new options to create a class or campaign by uploading a file. Again, the point isn’t to flood you with features. The point is to show what’s possible when a system is built to help Brand Partners move faster from idea to done. You’ll see the newest versions of this in action in the replay below.
2025 highlights: improvements Brand Partners asked for
Here’s what I want you to take away from the long list of 2025 updates: this platform doesn’t sit still.
Over the course of 2025, we added improvements across the system that Brand Partners actually notice in daily use. Page building became easier and more flexible. Domain management became more self-serve. Hosting improved for faster page speed. Email creation got a cleaner drag-and-drop builder. Blog URLs became customizable. Forms gained file upload fields. Canva integration improved with recommended sizing and better access to your design library. We added tools that help keep your contact list clean, like blocking unwanted emails and phone numbers. And we continued refining the booking experience, including multi-person booking options.
That list isn’t there to impress you. It’s there as evidence: when Brand Partners ask for a better way to do something, we build it. When Brand Partners need a simpler path, we make the path simpler. And when something can be done in a way that saves you time and supports consistency, we prioritize it.
The replay below focuses on the newest updates we’re highlighting right now, so you can decide what to use first and what to save for later.
Real human support is part of the product
One of the biggest differences between GetOiling and most business platforms isn’t a button. It’s the philosophy behind the platform.
We build based on real conversations with Brand Partners. We keep improving based on what customers ask for. And we still provide real human support and real spaces to get help. Not because we’re behind the times. Because Brand Partners deserve support that understands the context of a relationship-based business.
When you’re trying to follow up with a prospect, support a customer, promote a class, build a simple landing page, or set up a booking offer, you don’t need generic answers. You need someone who understands what you’re actually trying to do. That’s what we’re committed to.
This week’s training replay is a great place to start, because you’ll see the platform working in real time. And if you want ongoing support, the Weekly Work Session is where you can get help consistently, not just when you’re in a crisis.
Watch the full training replay
If you missed the live call, you can watch the complete replay below. This week, we focus on the newest updates released in early 2026 and show how they support the real work of a Brand Partner: building your home base, staying in touch, creating campaigns more quickly, and making booking and paid offers easier to deliver.
As you watch, don’t try to “learn it all.” Watch with one question in mind: what would make my business feel easier to run this month? You’ll spot your next best step quickly.
Start where you are and choose one next step
You don’t need to rebuild your entire business to benefit from these improvements. Most Brand Partners don’t need a brand-new plan. They need one next step that makes sharing and follow-up easier to keep up with.
Pick your focus:
- If you want to show up more consistently, start with email and campaigns.
- If you want a clearer home base, start with your website and blog.
- If you want more consults and sessions, start with booking and payments.
