You can adapt this plan to maximize what you need in your life. 

1- DRINK BODY WEIGHT IN OZ OF WATER- *Tip always have water with you and start every morning with a large cup of water before you eat or drink anything else.
2- WORKOUT- Just move. Go on a walk everyday for 30 days. Lift weights for 30 days. Do yoga or stretching. Whatever it is that makes you excited to move your body, do it!  There are many free short videos on YouTube.
3- EAT 5-7 servings OF fruits and vegetables- I try to include in each meal.  I added NingXia Greens and NingXia Red to my daily regimen to meet my goals.
4- Drop of YOUR POWER OIL on your head- this is so much fun! Take your favorite oil or an oil that has meaning to you and do a couple drops right on your scalp (part your hair to get on your scalp). You will be a walking diffuser!! It is amazing.  My favorites are Stress Away or Release!
5- CITRUS WATER– lemon water helps clear the toxins out of our body. Try drinking 3 cups a day. I add a drop of citrus fresh vitality or lemon vitality into my water, but do what you like best! 
6-ESSENTIALYZME– Enzymes are essential for good health. Normal digestive health means the feeling of more energy and vitality! Young Living offers Essentialzyme-4, Allerzyme, and Detoxzyme, depending on your needs. 
7- PROBIOTICS– Many today consider regularly taking a high-quality probiotic to be one of the core pieces to a healthy gut which in turn is a key to brain, immune, skin health and overall support of a healthy immune system. 
8- APPLY EATING GOALS– maybe you want to try going gluten or dairy free for 30 days or you just want to cut out a little sugar. Set a goal and stick to it! 
9- DIFFUSE + JOURNAL–  write somethings you are grateful for while diffusing your favorite oil. 
10- WASH YOUR FACE with something healthy and free from harsh additives– what is your favorite product to wash your face with? Try the charcoal bar or any other toxic-free cleaning product. 
11- APPLY YOUR GLOW– find the right combination of oils and make your own personal glow moisturizer. Use it morning and night after washing your face. Or try the Beauty Boost which features CBD oil and Rose
12- DRINK 2 OZ NINGXIA RED Source of: Vitamins, antioxidants, nutrients.   Targets: Overall health, immune system,  energy, and much more!   See my "NINGXIA RED NOVEMBER!" post.

13- APPLY HAPPY HORMONE OIL– personally I won’t go a day without using Progessence Plus and Endoflex. Check out our list below for oils to support your hormones! 
14- GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP– sleep contributes to every part of your health. Set a goal of when to go to bed and stick to it!  If you need help relaxing so you can get to sleep, try a relaxing oil blend, KidScents Unwind, or something with melatonin, like Sleep Essence or Immupro. 
15- PERSONAL GOAL– set a personal goal for this challenge! More energy? More Vigor? Improve Vitality?                             16- IMMUGUMMIES– naturally support optimal immune function, upper respiratory tract health, and immune health.                 17- COLLAGEN– Inner Beauty Collagen supports skin and healthy-looking hair and nails, which often change as we age

Supporting Hormones with your Oils- 

It is so important to taking care of your endocrine system and use oils as a support tool-
– Avoid beauty/ skincare products containing chemicals, which disrupt the endocrine function.
– Take care of your liver!
– Eat enzyme rich foods, and add natural pure complex enzymes in your diet. Essentialzyme -and Mightyzyme for children- are excellent options!
– Eat fiber rich foods
– Eat foods not treated with pesticides, and meat from animals not given synthetic hormones
If you suspect a hormone imbalance, go see your doctor and ask for blood work. Take your results to a holisitc MD, to discuss natural treatment options and avoid synthetic hormones, which may do more harm than good !

SCLARESSENCE
Supports normal glandular functions and can be helpful in supporting women’s health and hormonal health. Make a roller and roll it on ankles every single night! Useful for menopause, hysterectomy.

PROGESSENCE PLUS
Boosts progesterone. I love this one!! It is known to balance the effects of estrogen dominance and promote regular cycles with fewer PMS symptoms. I apply this directly to my wrists, ankles, stomach or feet. **More on this oil below.

ENDOFLEX
I put a roller cap on my Endoflex and roll over my thyroid daily. Your endocrine system decides how you feel. If your hormones work correctly, if you have energy, if you have a whole lot of things – like cravings, hair growth, weight and more. So it seems pretty important to give them what they need.

LADY SCLAREOL
Has a divine fragrance and can improve mood and positively influence low estrogen. Great for menopause. It’s a blend of rosewood, vetiver, geranium, ylang ylang, jasmine, and more.
