
Well I am only getting in about 3-4 miles a day. You see I am working on getting rid of more excess weight. And each time I move or walk or run i am reminded that it IS weighing me down. So each morning I say I am letting go each day that which is not serving me and staying focused on movement.
Living In Texas I am used to living with warmer weather. And winter is not what we are known for. We like the heat. This eek we have had extreme low temps which has me needing to walk in house. One day will get a treadmill.

Soooo next week we are expecting High 60‘s. So Next week looking to make up for lower numbers this week
