Is it silly for me to think that you want success with your exercise and weight loss goals?
So you can simply feel better?
In the Spring of 2017, I started walking in my neighborhood. My body needed it. And I knew my mind, soul and emotions did too. On July 24, 2017, I got serious and began walking everyday for 30 minutes.
October 7, 2020 was Daily Walk 1,172. It was the day I fell on wet pavement, hitting my head causing a traumatic brain injury (TBI). As the doctors were determining if I needed brain surgery (right?), my thoughts swayed to … “How am I going to do my daily walk tomorrow?” I realized in this moment that I define the parameters of my daily walks.
Like your exercise goal, my daily walk goal is a personal goal.
The idea of getting proxy walkers popped in my head. Whereas I would walk every day for a few minutes, beginning on 10/8/2020, my proxy walkers would walk 30 minutes for me. They did so throughout most of October 2020. Which allowed my daily walk streak to continue.

My gut said: “Make sure you are okay with ending this streak, before you quit this goal. Don’t make the decision purely on feelings.”
So I kept walking.
Then one day. I realized. I enjoyed my daily walks again. Thankfully, my daily walk streak is still a thing.

This month, March 2022, I have been fixing meals to include more fresh veggies and fruits.
As well as launching a 5-Day Cleanse to rest my digestive systems and reset my thoughts/emotions about food.
Is it way off base for you to start exercising regularly as well as drop some weight & inches?
I believe in you. And remember, #YouAreWorthItKeepGoing
PRO TIP: I pair exercise and weight loss goals with drinking green veggies and power fruits in the form of NingXia Red to help my mood and body. Oh! And other supplements to feed my brain, heal my gut and boost my energy & emotions.
