7 minutes a day
Pain. 

It started in January, in my left knee. Well, that is when I acknowledged that the sharp pain needed attention. Especially as the pain spread to my left hip and lower back. 

Beginning of March, I started doing 15 min of yoga, 3 times a week. I noticed improvement, but then found myself doing my 3x/wk the last 3 days of the week. And kinda stressing about it #IKR

In June, I started doing 7 minutes of stretching 7 days a week. Seven minutes seemed very doable. And stretching every day - as I have read in my research - is wise. What won me over was (1) the doability. And (2) that the pain in my knee flares only occasionally now, and less frequently. 

Also because (3) I simply feel better! And my clothes are fitting me differently #winning

Today marks Day 103 of stretching every day.
