Preserving Colon Health
For colon support eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables; cut back on red meat and other inflammatory foods, such as gluten and many dairy products. You can get the protein you need from non- dairy products like flax milk (also a good source of calcium ), nuts, beans, lentils, and soybean products.

Attached are some foundational supportive products.
I constantly edit this protocol, so check back for updates!
