Why is Mineral Essence a crucial part of health?
It's the most superior mineral product and the absolute best way to get magnesium.
What form of magnesium is it?
Mineral Essence contains the naturally-occurring magnesium found in soil, so it is not a "form" since forms are lab-isolated. The largest source of magnesium is saltwater, but then from there the mineral is processed with a natural chemical to create a form. 3) In a little bit of yummy liquid like NingXia Red. Just be careful not to use something high in sugar like orange juice or not too much of it since that can raise blood sugar which will demand more magnesium from the body.
4) Straight up or in a little water and lemon juice and honey or stevia.
How much do I need?
The recommended dosage is a good starting place to start but for me when I first started on it, my body was showing signs that I needed much more for the magnesium so I personally took twice that amount which subsided those signs quickly stopped. Listen to your body and remember that you are working to replenish years of not having enough as well as what your body needs daily! I now take 3 half droppers daily in my lemon water with stevia. Did you know that oxybenzone is one of the highest-risk chemicals found in sunscreen? It acts like estrogen in the body, alters sperm production in animals and is associated with endometriosis in women. Studies on cells and laboratory animals indicate that oxybenzone and its metabolites may disrupt the hormone system. Um, no thanks. I'd like my girlie parts and my kids reproductive parts to not be disrupted, thank you!
A carcinogen is a substance that causes a cellular malfunction, causing the cell to become cancerous and thus potentially lethal to the surrounding tissue and ultimately the body as these rapidly growing mutated cells take over. With the surge in cancer rates among all segments of the population, many people are attempting to reduce or eliminate their exposure to carcinogens.
A lot of people opt for sunscreens with mineral sunscreen vs chemical sunscreens like zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or avobenzene instead. The problem is, titanium dioxide is classified as a carcinogen in a lot of countries and avobenzene can increase free radicals, which increase the aging process.
I searched for sunscreen that wasn't full of carcinogens. I found a few but they would leave our skin with a white residue or were really greasy. I also wanted to get a sunscreen that has NON-nanoparticalized zinc oxide since I didn't want the micronized zinc particles to absorb into my skin and then float throughout my body in my bloodstream. I mean, the whole reason why I was wanting a mineral sunscreen was so that it wouldn't go into my body!

Cinco De Mayo is upon us and here is a great recipe to enjoy with friends! Lime oil is so inexpensive to diffuse, and its wonderful respiratory and lymphatic support. It tastes great in recipes when you forget to buy the limes, and it makes your water taste wonderful to help you drink more. Remember to never use plastic with Essential Oils. They naturally pull the petro chemicals from the container and it is not only not good to drink the chemicals but it will also weaken the plastic and you will find the container to break apart.

Have you tried Red Cedar Bliss? I recently received my first bottle of this after talking with some other Young Living leaders about its benefits for the respiratory system and heart. It was created by Young Living in 2020 for some very specific benefits to those body systems. Seeds planted from the same species in different geographic locations can result in oils with different chemical make-ups. These variations are called chemotypes.

Did you know that there is 2x the demand for lavender oil in the world than supply of actual lavender plant. That means *at least half* of all lavender on this planet was NEVER EVEN A PLANT. Completely SYNTHETIC, made in a lab, sold as all natural and pure and yada yada yada. 
Did you know that it takes Cypress 24 hours in the distiller to release its 280 chemical constituents? If you distill for 20 hours, you get 20 constituents. 26 hours? Zero constituents. And guess what? Most Cypress oil on the market is distilled for 3.5 hours. 
With these cheap knock-offs sold on everywhere, people are getting so much less than thy actually pay for... and oils that have zero healing or therapeutic properties are truly the best way to WASTE YOUR MONEY. Guess what season it is? It’s the season of my husband working out in the yard cleaning up brush and leaves from the season before and finding a little “****” under his arm 
Thankfully my hubby got the little bugger detached safely but our immediate protocol is to apply the oils that help support your body when this kind of things happens.
We all grew up with a medicine cabinet but I chose to raise my kids with a wellness cabinet. We think preventative and are proactive with our health and do what we can to help support our body naturally so it can fight all the things that life brings us. Even these little seasonal buggers!!!
Because I keep oils on hand, (something I am always teaching our members) when this happens, I grab my desk reference and look up what oils to use and use what I have, then we mix them up in a roller ball so he can apply that to the “spot” where the little bugger got him every hour initially for the next day or two. Then he will just apply twice a day for a week or as needed to ensure that his body has fought well.
