Is it ridiculous to think you want to know how essential oils can help you? | Amy* Always Blooming | Amy Laux

I know, right? Perhaps you are thinking: 

“How can essential oils help me with _____?”

What do you have going on with your physical, or even emotional, health that could use some TLC?

I hear ya. When I got my oils I was like … what am I going to do with these oils? How are they going to help me? And, how in the world do I use them?

Here are a few of my oily testimonies:
In 2015, I was driving a lot to visit family. And I started having problems with my sciatic nerve. Then I heard peppermint essential oil could help. I had some, so I gave it a go.
→ 2 drops in the palm of hand, then rubbed the back of thigh and lower back area.
→ Did this application 2 to 3 times daily.
⇒ Within a month, the pains I was having were gone.  
In 2016, cuz my sinuses would act up when it rained because the mold count increased, I researched what essential oils could support my lungs on rainy days.
→ 2 to 3  drops of each - Lavender, Lemongrass, Melrose (YL Blend), diffuse throughout the day when it is rainy or stormy.
→ I affectionately call it, The Rainy Day blend (equal drops of the above oils).
⇒ In addition to cleaning out my gut (another blog for another day), this blend helps my lungs breathe easier, and is a mood lifter!

Let’s skip ahead a couple years...
In 2019, my heart was almost broken when my fiance broke off our engagement. To power through the days, one of things I reached for was my oils.
→ Valor Essential Oil has many benefits. I would apply this gorgeous oil on my heart, the back of my neck and on my wrists. On my wrists, so I could inhale the aroma to soothe my heart and empower my brain.
→ The aroma inspires feelings of confidence, and “I can do this” attitude.

In 2020, as my hot flashes were fast and furious… I knew I needed relief. Upon doing research, I developed this oily protocol-
→ Put roller tops on my bottles of Progressence Plus, Clary Sage, EndoFlex, I would apply them throughout the day (about 4 to 6 times).
→ I also applied Prenolene Plus Cream twice daily.
→ After 4 weeks, I noticed that my hot flashes decreased in number and intensity.
In 2021, healing from a traumatic brain injury, I would apply the M-Grain blend before applying my facial moisturizer each morning.
→ This blend is aromatically pleasing to the senses, and empowering. #GreatWakeUp
→ The oils in this blend make the face feel tingly and alive. #MoodLifter
⇒ And it helped take the edge off the head pains/aches that flared up for me.

I have so many more stories, these are simply a few.

But the real question, the real concern, is how can these essential oils help you and your family?
