I know, right? Perhaps you are thinking:
“How can essential oils help me with _____?”
What do you have going on with your physical, or even emotional, health that could use some TLC?
I hear ya. When I got my oils I was like … what am I going to do with these oils? How are they going to help me? And, how in the world do I use them?
Here are a few of my oily testimonies:In 2015, I was driving a lot to visit family. And I started having problems with my sciatic nerve. Then I heard peppermint essential oil could help. I had some, so I gave it a go.
→ 2 drops in the palm of hand, then rubbed the back of thigh and lower back area.
→ Did this application 2 to 3 times daily.
⇒ Within a month, the pains I was having were gone. In 2016, cuz my sinuses would act up when it rained because the mold count increased, I researched what essential oils could support my lungs on rainy days.
→ 2 to 3 drops of each - Lavender, Lemongrass, Melrose (YL Blend), diffuse throughout the day when it is rainy or stormy.
→ I affectionately call it, The Rainy Day blend (equal drops of the above oils).

Let’s skip ahead a couple years...In 2019, my heart was almost broken when my fiance broke off our engagement. To power through the days, one of things I reached for was my oils.
