So, is it ridiculous to think you want to know how essential oils can help support your emotions?

But, you don’t know where to start?

You know exercise helps get rid of unwanted physical weight. What helps you get rid of unwanted emotional weight? Helps you balance your emotions on a daily basis?

Whereas I have been using essential oils for seven years #ForAllTheThings, it wasn’t until this year that I got serious about pairing essential oils with my supporting my emotional health.

One reason- I was unaware of the benefit essential oils bring to helping to reset “thought roads” in our brains. It is important to know that thoughts and emotions are linked. Circumstances or situations bring about thoughts which reveal/birth feelings that affect behaviors creating results. If one wants different results, best to focus on supporting thoughts and feelings.

Two things I started doing this year were (1) being more intentional pairing specific essential oils with my affirmation statements and (2) creating a thought/feeling/behavior/result grid for certain thoughts.

How do I know these 2 things are helping me? When I recently received a letter from the IRS, instead of getting upset and being anxious, I focused on the facts and sent a reply letter. I expended very little emotional energy on the whole process. That was a huge tell-tale sign that oil-infused emotional work is helping me.

To me this means, you must take supporting your thoughts and emotions seriously.

My oily friends are always sharing their testimonies. #SharingIsCaring Here are a few things I hear about how this or that essential oil paired with a thought protocol is helping them “calm down,” “feel strong,” “have breakthroughs in therapy,” “be more confident than anxious, more focused than confused or overwhelmed.”
