On October 19th, I sent this text to my sisters: 
“I haven't felt the best the last few weeks... specifically, my respiratory and digestive systems. Been working to pinpoint what's up- the traveling, allergies... stress has been there all year, but maybe that is taking a bigger toll. 🤷‍♀️ Anywho. I've also had a headache off and on #ForDays in my forehead area. Doesn't feel TBI-related 🧐 Applying Peppermint is helping. Yesterday, I Was Not Feeling Well. Slept. A. Lot."

So. I decided to hit my symptoms hard.

What were the symptoms that were plaguing me in September through mid-October?
→ headaches, in my forehead area, for like days
→ respiratory, lots of coughing as throat was sore and felt clogged

Yup, that is how I started to feel, and it only increased. And it was depleting my energy, and essentially, my well-being.

So, I got into my
