Have you ever had one of those days, or maybe one of those weeks, or even month where you were like "I just need five minutes to BREATHE!"?
There are several breathwork techniques however this week I would like us to focus on what is called "Squared Breathing".
It is technique in which you breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, then hold for 4 seconds.
I like to do this 4 times because I like patterns 😁
I do this several times throughout the day to be proactive so that when those challenging times do show up, I can face them in a much calmer way and respond instead of react.
