I recently came across this foot soak recipe and was reminded how little we focus on our feet.  Our feet have the important jobs of walking us through this amazing life, keeping us grounded, and helping us to maintain our vitality.  A good soak, and some focused vitaflex massage or reflexology, can do wonders to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and bring a greater sense of calm.
