This past year has taught us that our physical health and mental, social, spiritual, and emotional health are all important. When the status quo and routines fail to shield us from thinking and checking in with our whole self, we have to take a hard look at what is working and what is not. Are we well~rounded and taking care of our mind, body, and soul? Is the man/men in our lives doing the same?
Too many times, I've seen illnesses be the cause of turning to holistic, alternative, or healthier lifestyles. It doesn't have to be this way. That is why I want to teach this class to men, women, and teens.
