Essential Oils to Fortify the Mind-Body & Decrease Stress During the Holiday Season


The spirit of the season is upon us.

This means the holiday rush is compiled atop of all the other happenings of current events.

Anyone feeling a need for a little breather from all this stress, trauma, and drama?

I am a strong proponent of how essential oils support body, brain, and mental health as they modulate our psychology and biochemistry for the better!

Along with the aromatic influence of essential oils, their chemical composition influences neurotransmitter signaling, brain functioning and blood flow, brain wave patterns, and hormonal modulation. They are a powerful tool that enhances mood and have also been used to help one get “unstuck” from negative patterns and addictions. 

With the upcoming holiday events and all the excitement, stress, and emotional upheavals they bring, it is imperative for us to be well equipped with our essential oils and emotional oil blends. This is the time of year that everyone needs a little bit extra “olfaction fortification.” 

In this post, I will review some of my favorite scents for the holiday season and share how essential oils can support our mind-body in a variety of ways.

I also highlight my favorite essential oils and blends for this time of year.
