More Information on November 2024’s Gifts with Purchase
1. DiGize™ Vitality™ is the oil blend that I recommend most to my clients with digestive distress. It combines tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli oils. These are some of my favorite essential oils for overall gut health. (Read why here.)
Essential oils have many properties that support digestion and they have also been shown to be beneficial to the microbiome. Evidence is pointing to the fact that although they have antimicrobial properties, they tend to decrease pathogens while sparing, or enhancing, beneficial microbes.
