To me, health is a resource that allows one to live a happier, more vibrant life with loved ones. 

Over the preceding several articles, I’ve focused on a whole person approach to wellness that integrates the mind, body, spirit, and promotes social connections. Several techniques and resources have been discussed.

Meet Sarah LoBisco

 
I believe that the body and mind can heal when given the right mindset and right tools.

I envision a world where people feel empowered to take action to reclaim their mental, emotional, spiritual, social, economic, and physical health and use them to live their highest potential! 

Essential oils, natural medicine approaches, my education in naturopathic and functional medicine, and various holistic mind-body healing methods, combined with complementing conventional medicine, are some of the tools in my toolkit to guide people on their journey to healing.

It was only when I struggled with my own physical and emotional pain that I became open to holistic and natural methods. That's when essential oils found me (through my mom) and when I found naturopathic and functional medicine... and the rest is history!
