More Information on March 2024’s Gifts with Purchase
1. Lemon Oil
Citrus smells are well-known for their mood and nervous system supporting properties. These scents are uplifting and have been found to ease the tension of children.
Lemon oil is probably the most familiar citrus oil, though others, such as tangerine and orange, are also noteworthy for their limonene content. Limonene is the common component found in citrus oils that can support cellular health, ease digestion, and much more.
Diffuse lemon oil while your family is focusing on school or work projects. Everyone will enjoy the benefits of this mood boosting infusion! It is also great to add a few drops to a DIY spring cleaning recipes for a fresh, immune-enhancing clean scent.
*Note: Citrus oils can be photosensitive so avoid direct sunlight to skin contact.
2. Pine Oil
According to Young Living
“The Pinus sylvestris tree, also known as Scotch pine, is a tall coniferous evergreen tree that grows to the height of 131 feet and has characteristic orange-red bark and stiff blue-green needles. Pine essential oil is steam distilled from the needles of the tree and has been researched by Hippocrates, the father of western medicine.”
Pine essential oil contains phytoncides, which are compounds attributed to the benefits received from the act of “forest bathing.” This is a traditional Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature. These wellness-enhancing and stress-relieving volatiles support healthy respiration and the body’s defense and repair system.
Young Living states:
“Thieves Household Cleaner provides peace of mind by using only plant-based and naturally derived ingredients to effectively clean your home without taking synthetic shortcuts or using potentially harsh ingredients. Ultra-concentrated and non-abrasive, Thieves Household Cleaner is perfect for just about any surface and is infused with Young Living's signature Thieves premium essential oil blend that will fill your home with a rich, spicy aroma.”

Purification blend contains lemongrass, citronella, rosemary, lavadin, myrtle, and tea tree oil. It is a good mixture to enhance the enjoyment of the outdoor environment annoyance-free from unwanted critters.
It’s also a clean and invigorating scent that serves as a healthy substitute to diffuse in place of the toxic-fragrances of air fresheners and candles. These harmful synthetic chemicals can negatively impact health and cause headaches, brain fog, and other issues that hinder wellness.
This blend can be soothing to the skin and applied with a carrier oil to the back of the neck to enhance focus. It can also be diffused to purify the home.
5. Tea Tree Oil
Melaleuca alternofolia (tea tree) oil one of the most versatile essential oils that exists. It has been used to tend to skin aggravations, assist with defense and repair, promote healthy cell growth, act as a purifying agent, promote skin and oral health, and more.
6. Thieves Oil
Thieves essential oil blend has multiple properties to support respiratory health and defense and repair. I find it useful during the change of seasons. Yet, it seems to always make my list of favorites for any time of year, due to its multiple properties.
The Thieves oil blend is a combination of clove, rosemary, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and lemon oils. This combination contains various compounds which can help to cleanse the air and provide antioxidant support (source, source). These oils support healthy microbe balance and lung health (e.g., eucalyptus is high in 1-8 cineole). This blend can be diffused to decrease environmental triggers and modulate a healthy inflammatory response.
Thieves oil has many additional benefits including use for oral care, improving concentration, and aiding in alleviating discomfort.
I diffuse this regularly for overall body system support and to freshen up rooms, especially in moldy areas.
So, there you have it!
