- Along with Cinnamomum zeylanicum (C. zeylanicum) or true cinnamon and Cinnamomum cassia (C. cassia) or Chinese cinnamon is one of the most common cinnamon species.

More Information on the September 2025 Gifts with Purchase
1. Clove Oil
Clove Oil has many benefits, including supporting dental health, acting as an antioxidant, and assisting our inner defense system in a variety of ways. It contains a high amount of the compound eugenol, which can help to relieve feelings of physical discomfort. Clove, being a spice oil, possesses an aroma that is believed to entice abundance.
I like to aromatize clove oil in a cold-air, atomizer diffuser, combined with orange or lemon oil. This combination creates a fresh, invigorating aroma. It can also be used to support oral health by diluting a small amount (less than one drop) into organic toothpaste as needed. *
2. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) bark essential oil has a sweet smelling, cozy, inviting scent. It has microbe inhibiting, antioxidant, immune supporting, and blood sugar balancing properties (due to its cinnamaldehyde).
It can be diffused for a warm, sweet, cozy aroma or added to a smoothie (toothpick serving) to aid blood sugar balance.*
*Note: Use caution when applying clove and cinnamon oils topically and dilute liberaly, as they can be irritating to the skin.
